Wrong color
I ordered a specific pair of trainers and got a completely different color. I'm not planning on returning them because I'm not totally unhappy with the color you sent me, and I'm pretty sure they didn't send the right one because they are out of stock. However, I do believe you should do something in order to compensate. Other than that, the shipping was fast and the size was right, fortunately.

After contacting Customer Service several times, my issue remains unresolved. I received sneakers in the wrong size due to Farfetch’s mistake, yet I am still expected to pay for the return shipping. It is disappointing that I have to bear the cost of an error that was not mine.

This is an expensive bag and farfetch supposed to deliver and handle the delivery and the product packaging is a proper way.
I ordered this bag as a gift and it is not presentable as a gift at all.
