Great products and service! LOVE the tasteful high-end designer brands FarFetch’s sells! I bought a black long sleeve Jil Sander sweater and short sleeve red, white and black striped Dolce & Gabbana polo shirt! Both were either sold out (or not sold at) at all my favorite stores (Neiman’s, Saks, Bergdorf and Nordstrom), so, thankfully FarFetch had them in my size! They also shipped everything quickly and smoothly, thanks to UPS!! I was able to choose the option to pick up my orders from a UPS Store near my home at my convenience, without having to waste my time waiting and guessing which day and time my order would be delivered— which is what Fed Ex makes you do (and sometimes they’re a day late delivering orders)! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from FarFetch —and plan on doing so again!!

Order was never processed
I ordered a shirt with a promised delivery date of 2-5 business days. I began to get worried after 2 days, as there was no activity regarding the order being processed or prepared. I called Customer Service on day three, and I was reassured there was no delay and that I would receive my item early or within the promised time. I had a very important event to attend and receiving the item after day 5 would be too late. The order status never changed, and I received an email that the item would now arrive after an additional 3-4 days. I ended up canceling the order. I understand delays happen, but very disappointed that this happened.
