I use Farm direct regularly the company provide delicious, quality farm fresh produce at a reasonable price. The communication is excellent and they really care about their customers.

Have used them for several years, they have a good range of UK produce with emphasis on seasonal and sustainable. They have cuts of meat not seen in the supermarket and from rare breed. The delivery is efficient and any problems or missing items have been dealt with promptly. We like the poultry, they do very big and tasty free range chickens and the seafood is good. There is a regular email about what is in season. Would definitely recommend.

It's almost a year since my first purchase and I continuously pleased with the quality of the products, availability and the very best people who work there to give us perfectly fresh food.

Farm Direct has always been helpful and responsive to any questions or issues I've had. Their customer service is simply excellent.

Terrible experience, first of, they dont even know how to work their own website and accept orders outside their boundary lines. Secondly, after “posting” my items i wasnt informed about any boundary lines. Waited about 5-6 days thinking maybe its just delayed until i messaged them asking about my order, which is when they informed me of the boundary lines. Thats fine cool, asked for a refund over 10 days ago, still here waiting for it.

Farm direct is always good value. Good quality and good service. We always look forward to the box arriving!

really enjoy the service, the food seems top quality, very easy ordering/delivery process and easy to track... like supporting local growers and to be honest - seems a bargain compared to local Tesco prices.... did order to many potatoes so ended up making mash for an army - but that was my bad...

Everything is fine until you register, but be careful, especially since registration fees vary from person to person, and they make things more difficult after registration, meaning an even more stressful period begins. The attitude of the Turkish advisor, in particular, is such that they perceive criticism of the school as criticism of themselves, leading to unexpected reactions. In short, the school you went to learn English becomes a major source of stress in your life.

Tray of eggs missing from my order,
Emailed them they gave a date for delivery but nothing showed up on the date they were supposed to be delivered.
Had to phone them to sort out anothere delivey date.
They was delivered.
First time anything like this has happened,
I will still order from them again.
