We ordered 2 months ago and we didn't receive even any confirmation email...I can't write to support because their "send" button doesn't work and they don't care when I DM them on Instagram...They don't even bother to write in English, they just write in f**ing Spanish!!! Worst site ever DONT BUY HERE.
Update: I got a refund after several weeks of going back and forth. Bad experience overall, but at least we weren't scammed. But it took a lot of nerves to get this done.

Recieved the tracking number next day, it took a while till it was shipped to DPD but the delivery was a week as the delivery fee is less than compared to other pharmacies, dont know why many people rate it low.

I ordered two Seresto dog collars but received only one!I contacted the customer services immediately after I opened the package and found out one item missing, and I continued wrote to them in last two day but I heard nothing from them! I should have read the reviews on this shop before I ordered which was an expensive lessons to learn! Please do not buy anything from this shop! .eu site doesn't work at all - AVOID
.eu site doesn't work at all for contacting customer service - have to use the .es site where you can chat live and get a confirmation that your submitted email was received. I was almost 2 weeks waiting on medication - finally they just gave me the same excuse everyone else seems to be getting that it's not their fault it's their logistics processes. They have no control over hurrying anything up, place sounds like an absolute mess! I ordered €200 worth of products, I now have to wait several days for my money to be returned and start all over again with another company. Meanwhile my medication has run out as I'm waiting so long. Dreadful service. AVOID!

Appalling customer service
I have never come across such terrible customer service before. I placed an order on 24th March and paid for it. Eventually I had to cancel my order as I believe there were none in stock. I was advised I would receive my money back, a refund of €117.11. I keep getting emails about in the midst of a transition phase. One email on 10th April did say the money would be due back into my account within 24 - 48 hours but now today 23rd April, still nothing. I'd really appreciate a refund or a reply email.

I am now giving 2 stars instead of 1. The problem is they manage two websites (.eu and .es). I complained via the Spanish site and they answered immediately, apologised, canceles my order and refunded me within 48 hours. They obviously need to fix this problem but it is definitely not a scam.
I ordered supplements for bout 48,95€ on March 28 (order #EU8144). The money was taken off my credit card but until today I only received an e-mail saying FarmaciasDirect received my order. When I click 'view my order' it only says 'We've received your order'.
I wrote three times via the customer support facility on their website, the third time to cancel the order. Nothing happened.

Placed an order on 28Mar2025 for €89,97 and still haven’t received any updates for order EU#8156.

Could you please let me know the new status?
The company does not provide the status and simply dont care about it.
It is unacceptable that there is such a delay and that the customer is not even informed of your error. If there was an error on the website and by the company Farmacias Direct, it is mandatory that there be some contingency plan for the customer. This is no joke. My baby needs to drink soy formula milk. It is the food she needs.
I understand that mistakes can happen. But mistakes without even giving a damn about the person who makes the website happen, that is just too much.
I demand that the available amount of milk you have be sent in advance. I urgently need my merchandise.
Please update me as soon as possible. I will wait or if not, I will resort to legal means to continue with this huge disrespect from Farmacias Direct.
