This is my go to place for my chicken treats. Their prices are good and the delivery is usually completed within a week. I have had a few orders where items haven't arrived and they've refunded the missing items quickly. In fact, I've had refunds immediately for items they know are out of stock. I can't fault them so far.

After using for years, another business with rambow all over the place thos June again. I'm sick of having the LGBTQ beeing shoved down my throat by companies like this.
The LGBTQ community can live life as they want as adults but I've had enough of companies like this when ignoring more INPORTANT things, pushing it on the 99.9% of use that are not involved or want to involved ourselves in that community is wrong.

I will never use this store again. You have lost one of many customers.

Very pleased. I ordered a dewormer for our sick chicken. I immediatly received some emails from them with instructions and helpful information. Some days after I ordered the dewormer our chicken was doing a lot better and I decided to cancel my order. Within 5 minutes I got a confirmation email. Fantastic service, even though I see some reviews write otherwise. I'll be ordering again soon for other products.

Tuck are dog to use the dog wash , the lady on the till was not very nice at all , really rude .had to ask 3 times to show us where the dog wash was as never been there before . Will not be coming back here again .

AWFUL!

Order placed. Told after 4 days it was out of stock. No refund after 5 days. Still chasing. When called, the chap said he knew nothing about it and would follow up.

I’m not holding my breath……

Terrible customer service, paid £7 for the hay and £6 to have it delivered, it turned up and literally looks like straw looks like it has been sitting there for months ,i have been refused a refund / placement out even though I sent pictures etc
I have been using this company for years now and unfortunately this will be the last time, I have been let down and the customer service is shocking

The staff in the Mold store where brilliant, especially Hannah whose advise was exceptional, all three of the staff were brilliant, and manager was lovely as well, excellent customer service, all 4 members of staff are credit to company

I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Absolutely no communication at all. They sold stuff that was out of stock. Didn't inform me. I chased my order - they said it would be coming into stock in several days. Then they ended up sending only half the order out with the other bit apparently still out of stock! If they had communicated this, I would have ordered from somewhere else!
Disgusting! Won't be ordering from there again!

Placed my order on 19th of Feb and still not received my delivery on 1st March.
No communication to advised of delayed delivery or anything.
Wish I had a business where i could take you money and not deliver the goods

Came down from london to visit my family in wales, and stopped off at Abergele to get a McDonald's, noticed the pet store across the road and thought i would pop in and pick up some chicken feed, the place stank of mice, and we saw mice running around the aisles, we even saw one in the dog park, my children were scared of the mice so my wife took them back to the car, i bought some chicken feed and when i got to my daughters house i noticed the bag had been chewed and cellotaped up, when i opened the bag a dead mouse fell out, i won't be visiting the store again!

Amazing prices and quality. Quick delivery. Great customer service. Can’t fault them at all, been using them for ages now.

Brilliant, litterally got my order within 24 hours, ordered the wrong thing at first and they cancelled for me very quickly so i could order the right item. Can fault then especially with delivery times/prices for 13kg of hay you cant beat it.

This used to be a good company. not anymore
They will sell/give out your email details to other companies like they did mine.
they will lie about missing orders like they did mine.
they will not close your account and delete your information or let you do this process either like they have mine.

I will be starting a complaint with the ICO against this company in the next 48hrs. I will update as this unfolds

Visited on 31st March, suitably qualified person not available to sell dog wormers, generic flea treatment on shelf has use by date of 31st March and I pointed it out to a staff member who said they would be alright to use. No they are not as there are three pipettes in a box so they will become less effective over time. Visited again yesterday 8th April, suitably qualified person still not available to sell dog wormers, out of date flea treatments still on sale on the shelf. Shocking, I honestly think they just don't care. Will not be returning.

A bit disappointed.
Pros:
Items were delivered quickly and in good condition. Products are mostly reasonably priced and good value.
Customer service is (initially) quick to respond.

Cons:
The order was wrong. Customer service failed to offer a choice of refund or exchange and sent a delivery driver out to collect item without asking first. Now they’re not replying.

I’d use them again due to fast delivery and reasonable prices, but wary over an order being processed incorrectly again.

Great product (pet wood shavings) and price came really quickly

As always an excellent next day delivery at a reasonable and competitive price - thank you.

Best Pet Store in North Wales

This place is great and is like a Tesco’s for all things dogs! No need to go anywhere else, you can take your dog in with you. They have everything I can ever think of. The staff are all lovely and very helpful too!!

Ordered vale bale meadow hay for my rabbits. Came today (next day dpd) spoke to customer services after I ordered to request extra green and wow. My fussy bun has been nibbling since it was delivered at 2.30 today. The others have been munching away too. Great service. Thank you
