We are sorry your order has not arrived with you yet, we can confirm it was sent out to you the same day as ordered, sadly the parcelforce services are delayed due to the postal worker strike and delays are to be expected and are sadly outside of our control. Rest assured if your order is undelivered 16 days from the order date we can then claim for a lost order from the courier and either resend the item or refund the order based on your preference.

1 week to dispatch
Needed a part quickly to fix a tractor, noticed part needed was in stock on their website so ordered. No dispatch email so chased up after a few days. Was told it had to be ordered directly from supplier. Not in stock then. After a week still nothing, so chased again. No reply to email or apology just suddenly a dispatch notification. Most parts i order from other suppliers i receive within a few days, 1 week from order and it has only just been dispatched.
Update - I ordered other items at the same time from other suppliers and received them in good time. I still do not think an item is 'in stock' if you do not actually have it in stock and need to order it in, surely that would make everything in stock unless made to order! Item was posted to me 2nd class not 1st as you stated

Hi Fraser, We are very sorry about the delay with your order, sadly this was outside of our control and was due to the expected delays caused by the royal mail postal strike, which causes our stock delivery to be slightly delayed while the back-log of deliveries is cleared by the couriers. Please note we do show the products on our website as in stock if our supplier has stock of these items as we do not hold stock of every part available and some parts may need to be ordered directly from the supplier once ordered from our website as in the case with your order which we emailed to let you know the part had to be ordered in, we then dispatched the part as soon as it arrived from the supplier using our fastest shipping method at no additional cost to you. Your order was dispatched by us on the 23/11/22 and will still be on its way to you for delivery sadly any further delays will also be outside of our control as courier delays are to be expected but can sadly not be predicted. We still would like to offer you 10% off your next order with us to hopefully make up for the delay. Please contact us before your next order for a discount code to use on our website.
