Misleading
Their website stated that the auxiliary hydraulic filter I ordered from them fit a Massey Ferguson 285. However it did not and I have gotten slow responses and have come to no resolution. Now I am stuck with a part that doesn’t fit that I am trying to resell on eBay. Hopefully I will get my money back through that since farmingparts.com did not offer a refund. I even sent them a picture of it stating that it would fit my tractor from their website. I will not be ordering from them again and will never order from overseas again.

Hi Daniel, We are very sorry you are not pleased with your order, sadly we have not recommended you this part and it would appear you have ordered from our website incorrectly, we clearly state in the product description here https://www.farmingparts.com/tractor-parts/massey-ferguson-hydraulic-filter-1810539m92.html that the fitment of the part for MF 285 is dependant on the serial number indicated by the * symbol and as you had not provided this serial number to us before ordering we are therefore unable to foresee this fitment issue, if you would like to return the part for a refund please do so and once received we will refund the returned item.

Wrong parts initially, but corrected well.
I'd paid extra to have 3 inner tubes delivered in 48 hours, but they weren't despatched for 3 days. When they arrived, two were the wrong size.
However, Farming Parts did their best to correct this asap, and sourced the correct ones from another supplier and had then sent to me only 3 days later. I'm pleased that they took the trouble to do this for a relatively small order
