We ordered from Spain, and although we knew it would take a while to receive, the package got stuck in transit in Madrid for quite some time. This can happen anywhere to anyone, what makes the difference is the service. We got Chingu's customer service Lyann Ayapana who really made a difference, and help us to receive the package safely, so all is OK! The item is also what my daugher wanted. Great work and great place to purchase from.

I received pants that were much smaller than what it was reported to be on the website. It was too small to even put on. The customer service at fashion chingu was responsive and helpful in responding to this issue.

Ridiculous.
I ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas gift. They replied me out of stock after New year and said that it would be refunded. I waited for 2 weeks but cannot find a refund in my credit card. They replied me the refund is issued in a form of credit but no cash… absolutely a spam! Never use again!

I started using this company for a gift for my teenage granddaughter. She loves their products.
Ordering was easy and shipping is tracked. Products arrive very well packaged.
The company responded immediately to a question regarding one product and took care of everything in a most professional and positive way.
Great company and great products and great customer service all together!

It's bad I haven't even got my shirt and I have been waiting for ages and it hasn't even shipped. I'm actually going to cry because I can't do anything since it's from overseas it was for my birthday too and it's been so long that's it's way past now. I hope I get it but if I don't I want a refund.

I want to buy some clothes and stuff but the reviews are making me not so sure. I'm scared that my clothes will show up ruined or to small, I love the idea but I don't know if I can trust the sight.

I ordered a grey “anti you” hoodie like one that Lee Know wore, and it came on time, it’s very soft and good quality. It’s about a quarter of the price of the original SUPREME anti you hoodie but it’s still really good quality. They also have a really good system when replying to customer concerns, they always reply really quick and have helped me with my issues completely each time.

I placed an international order with Fashion Chingu and paid €80 via iDEAL. Unfortunately, I never received my order.

The parcel was returned to the seller during the customs process. I was never contacted by customs or the courier, nor was I provided with any reference number or instructions that would have allowed me to take action. The seller later confirmed that the item was returned and is now back in their possession.

Despite the fact that I did not receive the product and the seller has the item back, Fashion Chingu refused to issue a full refund to the original payment method. Instead, they only offered a partial refund or alternative solutions such as reshipment or store credit, which I declined.

I find it unreasonable that a customer is held financially responsible for customs or return issues when the item was never delivered. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering internationally from this store.

The store is misleading. It provides false information about the order delivery time. I ordered a lightstick on December 6. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas (within 9 business days), but it arrived on December 29. The shipment should have been better protected—the original box was dented at the corners during transport.
The product is OK.

Fantastic product my daughter love it!!!!

They had the TWICE lightstick which is sold out in most places, the order went swiftly, the procedures were straightforward, and even got gifted a kpop calendar!

Great online shop. Got alot of cloths and products for any k-pop fan. The cloth is great quality and the sizes fits.
If there is any issus with your order then they are quick to answer and always with kindness and understanding.

Great onlineshop with lots of cute and cool products.
Received the wrong size at first and the chatbot didn't understand the problem. But once connected to the very friendly customer service, the issue was fixed quickly and effectively. Shipping took a while but in the end, everything worked out.

I purchased a coat from Fashion Chingu. Unfortunately, there was a defect with the item. I contacted customer service by email and experienced a very quick response and clear, well-organized communication, and we were able to reach a good solution. I just wanted to give this feedback, as I was positively surprised by such excellent customer service

Great job! Even got it in 6 days while going thru customs. Totally impressed, again.

The quality of the clothing is fantastic, better than expected. I live in a small country far from the one where Fashion Chingu is located, but the clothes still arrives well-cared for and on time. I think it's a very original idea, clothes made based on your favorite idol. The website also often has discounts and extras, so if you ask me, this site is absolutely fantastic and deserves more customers.

So much choices ; so much styles and many features to help you find what you want or what you need. Love it !

My kids love k-pop and all things from Asia.
My first experience with this company has been great, website is good, the price point was excellent for the item I purchased (compared to the prices I saw from UK specialists.)
My concern was getting the package to the UK in good condition as the Twice Lightstick was a birthday present.
No need to worry came in a strong cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. (not opened in full yet)
I love the concept of this company and what they are trying to do and the story of how they started is a good read.
I have a few chats by email with support about delivery and the customer service was excellent.

Got the item we wanted for a birthday present. It seemed lovely and all happy but after a couple of wears the stitching came apart. It had hardly been worn and hadn’t been washed. The item was clearly defective but the response has been awful from Fashion Chingu. Something which is so obviously a manufacturers fault which they won’t take responsibility for. Won’t be buying from them again and advise to avoid if you want items made to a decent standard that last.

I love the clothes and the Lightsticks!! It’s a bit expensive but I think it’s worth!
