I ordered two items, fully aware that a refund might not be possible. When one of the items didn't fit, I contacted customer support and they were very friendly and helpful, offering a partial refund or partial store credit with the item remaining with me. I'm very satisfied with the resolution of my issue, as well as with the quality of the items themselves.

Everything went well. The shipping did take a while but that was absolutely fine.

I had a great experience with Fashion Chingu. I was positively surprised by the high quality of the clothes. As an Engene, I ordered Jungwon’s ‘Don’t Burn Our Future’ pullover and Jake’s fluffy jacket from the Daydream shoot. For both items the fabric is well-processed, heavy and very soft. The size is also accurate! A little deduction of points for the delivery taking a bit longer than expected, the jacket being very grey-white while depicted with brown-ish splotches on the website and the pullover giving off a strong smell, but nothing a wash or two cannot fix. Other than that I’m really happy with my order 🥹

Overall decent products, but oftentimes how the product looks irl isn't how it looks in the pictures. (texture, sizing, etc.) If you can except small disappointments and see past it, it's really not that bad! Customer service is very good <333

The clothes were all really great but one of the clothes arrived broken thankfully all I had to do was email them and they said they would send me a new one no charge

My experience overall was mixed. I ordered three pairs of jeans in total.

For reference: I'm a European M, average height, and ordered an XL. Their size chart is reliable, and everything translated perfectly to EU sizes.

My 1st pair:
Black ripped jeans, inspired by TxT. The quality was good, but the inseam was too long. The pair was shown to be mid-waist and baggy in the picture, but fit like a high-waist straight-legged pair on me, because it was designed for people with longer torsos. In hindsight this was visible on the pictures.

I am overall satisfied with what I received.

My 2nd pair:
Black jeans with a pink wash, inspired by SKZ. The quality was great and they fit perfectly, a pleasant surprise after my last oversight.

I am very satisfied with this purchase!

My 3rd pair, and here is my problem:
Light "distressed" jeans inspired by BTS. The denim was wearable, but thin with loose threads. Beside this, there were some other issues:

1. The rips were printed on, even though the jeans were advertised as distressed.

2. The buttonhole was cut too small, so the jeans were unwearable on arrival.

To be completely fair however, once I emailed customer support about my issues I got a fast response and reasonable explanations.

TLDR; A hit and miss experience, the worst of which involved "distressed" jeans with the rips printed on.

At the end of the day, I do not regret buying from Fashion Chingu, and would recommend them if you are looking for specific k-pop outfit dupes.

It has a lot of pretty clothing, some can be a bit pricy but since I received my first order, I can absolutely confirm that the quality is great! Will order again!

I don't offer 5 stars because they didn't ship to where I live so I has to ship the packages to my Korean address.

The necklace is amazing and the quality is great, the price was great although the shipping time was a bit long but understandable

Look no further than this amazing website. They have such a large selection of clothes, and they're all really good quality. The sizing is a little big on the chart, but that's all i've really got to complain about. Shipping is fast. A thousand times, yes.

Quick delivery, good customer service

Very good layout. Easy to use. Naviagtion can be tricky. When searching within specific groups, some idols that can be filtered are not part of that group and some of the idols that are a part of the group cannot be found in the filters.

The quality and measurements are so bad. There is no return process because you need to ship it yourself to China where it is over $70 they need a tracking information that’s why it is expensive.

I payed 2000 kr for 7 albums, including a set which contained 3 albums. Instead of the set, I got a set a single random version. 2 other albums were also missing. We have contacted Fashion Chingu to see if they either ship the 4 missing albums or give the money back

Weither it kpop idol inspired clothes or kpop merch you guys are helpful at answering questions and making sure that K-pop fans like myself get the kpop merch or kpop idol inspired clothes we like or may need if we are planning to go to a kpop concert or are going
