I placed an order a few weeks ago and everything was packed really nicely. However, there were two items I wanted to return, because they unfortunately did not fit.
I reached out the customer service and they replied in less than a day and even on a Saturday, which is rare for customer services.
They kindly told me, I could not return one of the items and even send me a link with information to proof that. For the other item, they recommended meto keep it, because the return fee can be really high from the Netherlands to China, where their warehouse is based. They did give me the option to receive a 20% refund or a 50% store credit refund. I chose for the store credit refund, because I needed a size bigger for one product I ordered and Fashion Chingu sent me a link how to use it, including both steps and a video tutorial, which worked perfectly.
The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars, is the fact that for certain items it is hard to tell the size of the product. Especially for jewellery, belts and shoes. The "Find out now" link does not work. Also, for shoes it does not specify if the measurements per size are based on your feet length, the length of the inside of the shoes or the outside of the shoes. I think that information can be quite helpful!

I've been in love with idol fashion for so long and was actively looking for ways to recreate their outfits but everything I searched for was so expensive and out of my budget so I was very pleased to come across fashion chingu, and I'm honestly very satisfied with their costumer service and have plans to shop here again <3

The customer service ist incredible... I had problems with my bank during the Easter Sale and I reached out to them because I didn't know if I'll be able to purchase my item during the sale. They were super friendly and understanding with my situation and offered me a little discount if the problems with my bank were still there at the end of the sale.

This company was a great find. Although initially sceptical when first ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothing (and some very unique pieces). Reasonable prices and regular promotions means your money goes a little bit further! Delivery is relatively quick (and free shipping) and there are regular real-time updates on the progress of your order.
However, for me, the strongest positive is Fashion Chingu's customer service. Responses are speedy and feel personalised (rather than standard automated replies). The staff are very helpful and any queries are answered quickly and satisfactorily.
Strongly recommend Fashion Chingu.

The quality of the clothes are good and the prices are fair but the major downside is that if you need to return an item or exchange, you would have to pay the shipping fee. They ship from overseas so the shipping fee is high. So an alternative would be they offer you store credits and you keep the item.

I have now ordered from Chingu 4 times and I’m a true fan! The clothes are well made with quality materials. I love finding unique pieces that no one else has…and I always get compliments!

Ordered a few items for my daughter and they arrived in less than 2 weeks to Toronto. We were pleasantly surprised by how quick they arrived from China. Had a size issue with one shirt and their customer service was very quick and helpful to get the proper size. We are very impressed by the service and support from Fashion Chingu and will definitely buy from them again. Great shopping experience! Highly recommend.

Everything was great, the package was undamaged, the product fit well, nothing was really wrong, but it did take quite a while to arrive at my place

The shirts came exactly as the picture. The site helps you choose the correct size and respond quickly, I had a problem with my shipping address and they change it the same day. Only one shirt wasn’t correctly made.

Customer service was awesome. Quick replies, and questions related to missing order were solved in no time.

There are lots of cool clothes and accessories. They are affordable and exactly like I expected them to be. Delivery was pretty fast - the biggest delay was Australia post. I’m very happy with my purchase. The only slight bother is that the earrings are hard to put in, there is a little bulge where it clasps and that’s hard to push through my ear piercing hole.

I think they have some QA issues.

One piece of clothing i received was nothing like in the photo (pure fraud), and they said they would check with the provider in China and send a new one. The new one was a completely different piece of clothing and of a completely different quality, matching the original photo on their website which is great, but it should not happen in the first place. It does not give a serious impression.

I also never received one of the items which i had paid 130 EUR for, but was eventually refunded after they confirmed it was out of stock.

Overall a very stressful and time consuming process for me since it was quite a bit of money, but the support made it bearable so kudos to them. Also, i did not have to send the fake/bad piece of clothing back which is always a hassle.

Takeaways: Great support, but no quality control or inventory control (at least for my order, i might've been super unlucky...)

Ordered a pair of earrings and received only one.
Contacted Fashion Chingu and they sent another one quickly and without question or hassle. Great, affordable product and Customer Service. 4th. time ordering from them and will not hesitate to order from Fashion Chingu again.

The package came faster than I was expecting--in less than two weeks, actually. Fashion Chingu was efficient with their shipping and delivery, as well as giving prompt updates along with the process. Their emails are friendly and reassuring as well as helpful. The product itself was great quality and very fashionable!

I sent multiple emails asking how much it would cost to send some clothes back, saying if it was too much I'll take the deal they offered. They never got back to me. Five emails later still no reply. But hey, they still send things promoting their things.
