Warning - Avoid placing orders with Fashion Like
I ordered a pair of men's shoes from this company and never received them. After tracking the delivery, it was delivered by Royal Mail but to a wrong address. RM provided a reference number and informed the supplier (Fashion Like) would need to submit a claim and reimburse me. After providing the RM reference to Fashion Like, they informed me it was not their responsibility, that I had to provide proof of non delivery as the package had been signed for. I informed them it would not have been my signature as nothing was deliered to me. I reiterated the RM reference was proof of non delivery and the onus is on them to contact RM. Royal Mail do not provide proof of non delivery to customers. I would strongly recommend any potential customers not to place orders with Fashion Like, because it's customer care is practically non existent. I will never use this company again.
