I ordered a tree, and FINALLY, after 3 weeks....when it never showed up...they either lied or made up an excuse that it could not be shipped to my state. Why could they not say this BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY!
SUCH BAD COMMUNICATION AND I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Came on time, packed well, healthy trees!

I’ve ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times over the past few years. Hands down, best customer service! They’ve always been incredibly responsive to any challenges I’ve had, they’ve even taken the time to be on a call with me to help examine the health of a planted tree. They were even accommodating when I changed my mind on an order I made a few days prior, no challenging, no negotiating, they just asked me what I wanted to do, and they supported it. Great company, great selection of trees and shrubs, Highly recommend!

If Temu started a tree company...Everything has died and arrived much smaller than expected. Not very far from saplings or new sprouts. The delivery didn't help with most of the dirt and leaves left in the box (not Fast Trees issue - as much) The "this way up" only sticker was face down each time my order arrived. All have died as of 11/2025

Received 2 (what should have been) cold hardy avocado trees from “Fast Dying Trees” . The avocado trees I received were not suited to my growing zone(Their words). As a result both the trees died. I was not able to order a specific variety. If you’re doing business with these folks be careful what you order. Don’t place an order for items where it is not clear what you’re buying. You will get screwed. They did provide me with a store “only” credit but the cold hardy avocado trees I wanted are currently not available. Choose a better company like Stark Brothers or even your local Walmart. You will pay less and get what you order.

I received 12 trees in excellent condition. After I planted them, 6 of them died in a short amount of time. I called their customer service support, and I was actually able to speak to a real person. The person was very helpful, and was able to help me get the warranty started. Dealing with them was very stress free, and easy. They stood behind their warranty, and didn’t give me a hard time at all. It is such a pleasure doing business with an honest company, because it’s a rare thing nowadays.

I ordered two trees and they were delivered promptly and in great condition. One was however shorter than what I ordered so I requested the refund for the price difference between the two hight tiers. I was at first sent to the website to submit a claim, but was unable to do it because the website didn't allow me to upload photos which were required for the claim. I responded to the email, and received my refund a few days later. It's not perfect, but they're trying. The trees have been in the ground for a couple of weeks now and are getting leaves and looking really healthy.

We had a 100+ year cold snap and all 3 of my new palms didn't make it.
Fast growing trees stood behind their 1 year alive and thrive guarantee! They didn't try to pull any "Act of God" garbage to get out of their promise. I'll definatly reccomend and keep doing business with this great company!

Do not order from this company. When I called about an order being 2 weeks late the refused to refund and said they would send out a replacment. Guess what that never showed up either. Still fighting for a refund.

Do not purchase the additional warranty. I did only to find like most warranties the exclusions cover just about any way the tree could die. Mine snapped in half 4 months after planting. $216 plus the warranty. They covered nothing and offered me a coupon to buy more of their products.

Ordered these two bushes received them very fast was all polite when I emailed everybody couldn’t ask for anything better thank you so much. My trees look perfect.

Their customer service is getting much better these days since partnering with AI.

I spent average of $40 on each plant, and most of the plants were very tiny and not healthy. Contacted the people and they don't care about my frustration on receiving the plants.

During 2024 and 2025 we purchased 23 plants/trees from fastgrowingtrees.com. Of those, about 8 arrived half dead and we were advised to plant and see if they improved. They all died. As of this date 14 of the plants are dead, 8 are still alive, and one is questionable. Very disappointed in their products, especially given the expensive prices. Have gotten better plants for a fraction of the price at Home Depot! As far as their Alive/Thrive Guarantee, well good luck. The hoops you have to jump through to get that process done is impossible, especially when you have so many plants that have died. I will stick to local.

The care and dedication The Growers had for the plant I received! In my book they went above and beyond to make sure my plan was nice and healthy. The plant came dormant because it was winter time and the packaging was super exceptional! Within a week or two after unboxing in East Texas the weather turn to Spring Time quickly and the tree looks like it's been full of leaves for a while lol. Couldn't have asked for a better looking specimen!

Received my Merlow Redbud Tree about 2 weeks ago and planted it. It was kind of spindly but figured it would grow out in a year ir two.
A few days later, saw white hanging wormlike things sticking out of the trunk and stems. I sprayed it with Neem Oil, but after watching it for a week noticed more and more of these things were pushing their way out of the poor tree. It is infested with what I think is scale, but couldn’t even get them to verify what it was I sent them pictures and got disconnected. I called back and insisted a Manager contact me as I have now had to treat all my trees with an systemic insecticide in hopes they won’t all be affected. Horrible experience, I certainly don’t want a replacement tree, can you imagine doing that and bringing more destruction to my gardens ? Will never order from this company again and recommend anyone considering it to think twice. Update : I have been told my money will be refunded by Fast Growing Trees and that their Professional Growers will check their remaining inventory. I hope this has not happened to other people.

Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery. Very healthy large Cyprus plants that were well cared for before shipping and were delivered with care. We will always be grateful and remain loyal customers.

initially, I was shipped the wrong variety of peach trees, which I planted in October but I could not tell the variety was wrong until the following March when they bloomed and we could then tell they were not red Baron peaches but another variety.
They immediately sent me the correct trees after communicating with them and showing the pictures of the blooms

Elvis was my customer care representative and he was wonderful! He took his time to help me figure out what would grow in my area and what I wanted in the plants and trees. He gave me discounts, warranty and what fun to talk to! Elvis really seems to know the nursery.

Was delivered a nearly dead tree which did not bounce back. Within 10 weeks it was completely dead. 12!!! emails back and forth, multiple times promising me refunds but never happened. Offering me a smaller version of the same tree. No thank you. Awful Dont waste your money.
