Ordered 3 trees only one was the one was the correct tree, the other 2 were completely different. The company did not respond to my complaint.

Tree came with 1/3 the leaves cut up because of prior damage , they said that’s normal … won’t be using them again !!

A very economically priced hybrid tree, which arrived in a very compact shipping box. The tree was very full, and easy to transplant.

They have a great selection of trees. I gather acorns and nuts and grow my own trees. I specialize in nut trees like Walnut, White oaks, Hickory and Buckeye trees.

My tree have not grown in over two years.

TO DATE OVER 50% HAVE DIED DUE TO POOR SHIPPING METHODS OR SHIPPING IN TO HOT CONDITIONS, TO THEIR CREDIT THEY DO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY BUT CHARGE FEES FOR REPLACEMENTS. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME FIND YOUR LOCAL GARDEN CENTER AND GIVE THME SOME LOVE.

I have ordered seven trees from Fast Growing Trees. All of them have arrived in good condition. I planted them with 24 hours of arrival and they are all doing extremely well. I have ordered from other nurseries and not had the same success with the trees.

Tree that arrived was 5ft tall as described but had a trunk about the width of my pinky and was not anything like the photo. Looked like more of a vine than a tree. After a few months all the leaves fell off. Fast growing trees refused to honor the warranty.

Absolute garbage corporate company, who doesn’t really care about anything, but the bottom line of their two large companies that own them. These are not horticulturalist. These are not growers they take plant material that growers have produced, refuse to pay for it due to ‘quality concern’ sell it to other people rob growers!!!!! Evil, corporate, thieves!!!!!

Great customer service and great products, they definitely honor their word on the Warranty.

Great Warranty service and response. This is the only company I have ever known that on their warranty on trees and shrubs most of the local guys won’t and if you want to pay three times the cost they will. But fast growing trees has great prices and a fantastic warranty included with every purchase.

Plants look great, and they let me know about weather delays and kept me informed as to when my plants would arrive. They are legit.

My entire experience was fantastic. From the time I ordered my 2 star jasmine trees to the day they were delivered I have been very pleased. They arrived in great shape and I quickly unpacked them and planted them in containers on my patio. They started blooming the second day. I am in Love!

I highly advise against ordering from Fast Growing Trees. I purchased a Fiddle Leaf Fig—a plant bought specifically for its beautiful foliage—and it arrived in absolutely abysmal condition. There was not a single healthy leaf on the entire tree. The leaves were severely torn, punctured, covered in heavy brown spots, and two were completely snapped off inside the shipping box.

Instead of taking accountability, their customer service relies on stall tactics and copy-pasted scripts. When I sent clear photos of the extensive physical damage, they initially brushed it off as merely "cosmetic." When I pushed back, a representative named Shannen sent a generic template telling me my tropical evergreen was just "coming out of dormancy," looking "twiggy," and that I needed to wait 30 days for it to "bounce back."

Anyone who knows anything about plants knows that a tropical Fiddle Leaf Fig does not go into winter dormancy, and more importantly, physically torn and broken leaves do not magically stitch themselves back together after 30 days.

This company is perfectly happy to take your money for a premium plant, ship you a damaged, ruined tree, and then use automated-sounding support to avoid issuing a proper refund or replacement. Save your money, avoid the headache!

My plants arrived in great shape. Good communication! I will order from them again!

I have had nothing but good experiences overall. The only negative issue i has was one tree not making it which they replaced with a larger one which was great! My and I have ordered several trees and bushes with great experiences overall.

Excellent service and my cherry blossom came in damaged BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHT AND LOVE THEM AND VERY COMPETITIVE

I had a Persimmon tree die and applied for the guarantee and was refunded. I then bought, with the help of the support person, 2 apple trees. I was given great prices and I am waiting for them to be delivered. I am very happy. I also bought 18 Thuga green giants. 2 did not survive the first winter, the company replaced them. They are in their 3rd year now and look great .

They sent me a dead plant and refused to help. I have continued to water it and it has continued to prove it was delivered dead.
