BOUGHT A PHONE OF THIS CROWD OF COWBOYS ON THE 30TH OF JULY AND TO DATE 20/8/13 STILL NO PHONE....FIRST EXCUSE WAS THE PHONE WAS OUT OF STOCK(AFTER SENDING ME A DHL TRACKING NUMBER THAT NEVER WAS) SECOND EXCUSE WAS 3 DAYS 3 DAYS EVERYHING WAS 3 DAYS....AND NOW AFTER I PAID EXTRA FOR ANOTHER PHONE THAT WAS IN STOCK IM GETTING IGNORED AND STILL NO PHONE....I WOULD NEVER USE THESE BUNCH OF SCAMMING COWBOYS EVERY AGAIN....THERE SALES AND SUPPORT IS A JOKE SAME GIRL (AMANDA) EVERY DAY AND SHES AS CLUELESS AS AN INBRED HICK...EMM 3 MORE DAYS EMM 3 MORE DAYS SO SORRY B*S.....ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THESE PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN ADVICE REFRAIN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I took the risk to buy HDC Galaxy S4 Spark from this website and I receive it after 14 days. The prices on their website seems to cheaper than other China Shopping websites however once you check-out the order, you will meet some extra charges for packaging, service charges, etc. which were supposed to be free. Now the phone I received was okay until few days later, the bezel starts to broke and for the worst, both batteries went dead so I have to buy another one. I sent them e-mails however there were no answers yet. Overall, Fastcardtech will send your order however aftersales service is worse. P.S. Some reviewers with positive ratings here are being paid (promotional tricks) or from Fastcardtech employees themselves.

i order 1 phone from them after 6 daysthey send me non working tracking number after 3 days i receive email from them they can't ship to my country ... and now ii am worry about the money

NOW THEY DON'T ANSWER ANYTHING EVEN IF I TELL THEM THAT I AM NOT WANTING A REFUND.THEY HAVE CHEATED ME TWO TIMES THE FIRST WITH BROKEN ITEM AND THE SECOND (SAME) WITH UNSENT!! Don't buy anything at this 'company' unless you like to gamble with your money.

Bought a smartphone, paid in advance (of course), was delivered after several weeks. Smartphone is NOT working. Tried to contact the guys for support via mail/phone. Impossible, no replies.
I got convinced that this is NOT a company. I think that this is one or two Chineese criminals, collecting all kind of stuff from other Chinees self made manufacturers, putting frauduleous ID's on equipment and sell it. Of course, I was the stupid guy, I should have known. All those chineese 'clones' , it's just garbage.

So, hello world,'if you don't want to make gthe same mistake, DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT FASTCARDTECH (read: don't buy anything from this chineese criminal). Read the Internet, and I hope you get convinced.

I purchase 2 phones ... DOA. One month trying to resolve with my HONEST PAL. No resolution ... I file a claim with paypal, and am instructed to return the phones for a full refund. The package has been sitting at the post office in China for almost a month and will not retrieve it. They were contact by paypal to pick up the package and have not responded to their request.

As a result paypal closed my claim and I am out 272.00 and no phones.

Any these dirt bags are YOUR and MY HONEST PAL.

I recive my progucts ok but when i was told for service support no body answer me.
No after sale servives.

Some months ago, I ordered a Jiayu G3 phone, which is arrived without any problem. But the phone display was wrong. I found two line pixel dead. I didn't trust this company, and I didn't ship back to China. Finally, I get a $16 USD refund. I sold the phone in my country.

After that, I ordered a little better model, Jiayu G3 Plus from FastCardTech again 2-3 weeks ago. In product page, the phone was always "IN STOCK". Other customers on this page, the FastcardTech customer support answered: "Yes, It is stock, now.." etc...

But for Me: "Sorry, not in stock.. please wait for a week.. Don't ship now.", etc

This is a FRAUD company. Lair to new customers until pay. After that, don't ship.
Or advertise products, which are not is stock....
It is very bad fraud, or bad policy.

FastCardTech play to pay, and stretching the time to run out from 45 days PayPal protection.

I will wait 1-2 more weeks, and will make a claim to PayPal...

Well maybe i am one of the luckyones having read others reviews. I went with them as they used paypal and i felt confident that if the item did not arrive then i could get my money back.
Order placed 10 days ago and paid for speedy delivery using EMS. I received my tracking number within 2 days, EMS did not register this on their site which i must admit made me worry. Then i received anotehr email updating this number which i could then see on the EMS site. I tracked the item to the UK where it sat in customs for 4 days before being delivered.
I now have the phone and must admit and even though it is day one i am really impressed. Worth the money and time. I would buy from them again now i have the confidence.

I bought a few phones in March 9th using paypal. They said the phones were shipped March 15th and they gave me a bogus tracking number. After contacing them asking for a valid Tracking#, they kept feeding me some Bull Shit about the order. 2 days before the deadline mandated by paypal, I filed a dispute and FASTCARDTECH kept tassuring me that the items were shipped and that I should wait, (more BS). Paypal gave me the option of waiting another 2 weeks before escalating the claim and get a refund. Again, I waited until the last day (MAY 2nd 2013) before the dealine set by paypal to request a refund, still no phones. I finally escalated the claim to paypal and got my money back. They wasted 2 months of my time waiting for phones that were never shipped, but I'm so glad I used Paypal and filed the claims withing the deadlines, otherwise I would have lost a lot of money. FASTCARDTECH is a scam, avoid it if you care about your money .

They say they ship out items in 3-5 days, i placed order on 26 april , i had received a tracking number on 30 , tracking number that was invalid . after contacting them they said to wait a few days ... ok i said then asked why is the number wrong, then theys aid they have custom problems but the item will be shipped that week ( meaning 29 april - 5 may week) but of course that was bullshit . after a few mails and "business messages" where they repeated annoying that they will ship out SOON SOON they promised me again THIS WEEK ... mean while all this time after i payed for silver color option they tell me they only got black after more then a week of waiting to dispatch my order and asking me if is ok ... for real? well they have no stock that is the truth and they get your money and place order with them then wait for that order . so i told them i cancel my order andi had opened a paypal dispute ... ALWAYS USE PAYPAL

You have my phone and my money. I have nothing. you not refunding ar advertised on web page makes you LIAR

Bought a phone 5months ago. After 1 week !!! display broke. They offered me to buy one. So i order one for USD 40. After 2 Months i stil hadn't receive anything. So i contacted them. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the display cost USD 75,= Please pay extra 30 USD. So again i pay, and now 4 MOnths, and 10 emails later, i still havent receveive anything, and my emails they don't reply. NEVER BUY SOMETHING THERE. Besides that, the phones are shit also. Just buy original phone,

My experience with this company was Bad, Purchase a Tablet at US200+ and wait for more then a month to received a screen faulty tablet, spend another US20+ to ship back for replacement, after another long wait of month was inform item waiting for repair, finally received a email after sending lots of email to them was informed tablet was repaired and i need to pay repaired and shipping cost for US32 again, after they received the money send another email to me informed that they will inform me again the different of repair cost again before sending back...
This company was clever selling items at slightly lower price compare to others but giving faulty defect product and ask for extra repair cost, even they mentioned warranty 12month but only cheat buyer to send back item..
remember all new buyer is advise better don't get anything from this website and i will log a complain to 上海市消费者权益保护委员会（CASE) , Hope they ever do something on this dishonest company & seller.

I bought phone on this site.
GPS was not working and I send it back for repair/replace/refund.

They send me back the same unrepaired phone so I have send it back again.
Now they stopped communicating and I am without phone and money.

I advise to anyone: DO NOT BUY FROM FASTCARDTECH...

I bought a "Galaxy S3" lokes normal, but its only a cheap TABLET,
My Simcard from SIMYO is not regonized, also HI isn't possible.
Only TELFORT is working.
When I will put Whatsapp on it, i've got message : WHATSAPP isn't working on TABLET!!
Now I will return my phone for repair, and I have several Emails and Chatsessions without result.
They wil not tell me the returnadres.
Does anyone know were I have to sent to this phone for repair.
And what do I have to put in the package for info.

I had been wanting to buy from them for a long time, was waiting for a phone with 2gb ram that wasnt too expensive. Finally one came out today. The Benchmarks are FAKE. At least they are naive enough to put them up. Check the RAM specs in Antutu it shows 500 mb free from 2000 mb available, so 1500 mb of ram being used. Thats impossible, the phones software has been hacked to show 2 GB of ram when it only has 1.

Your Dishonest pal !!! lies lies and more lies after takeing my money product was shiped .... weeks later i contacted them about tracker number to find it wasnt shipped.Weeks passed again and i contacted them and the responce was it was packed and was being shipped this week.
the next day i got a e-mail saying it was out of stock ..........................
So i tried to get my money back and now they say they have paid me my money but they havent......
Belive the negative posts on here and to those who recived there goods :) how lucky you where as geting envolved with costomer services from this companny is a absolute nightmare.Obviously there 1st language isnt english i can under stand that but to be mid conversation with a sales rep on skype only to have them hang up on you time after time is lousy costomer service. Really regret giving this companny my bussiness and will look in to ordering from DHgate for my next phone.

After ordering a HDC Galaxy S3 Quad Core B943 phone from this company i found this review site and seriously thought i'd just wasted £180. But credit where credit is due. My experience with fastcardtech has been faultless, from the start i've had numerous emails giving me updates as to progress, two tracking numbers (theres & dhl's i'm assuming), I ordered it on the 16/3/2013 and it's taken less than two weeks to arrive at my door in Leicester, U.K. I did recieve a £12 import tax bill. I've left it on charge this morning and have just switched it on. It works!! everything seems to work perfectly and it's running android 4.1.2 :-)
Struggling to work out how to change it so it's all in english as all of the widgets available are in chinese still. If anyone knows how to do this could you let me know. ) Thanks.

The phone arrived in about 17 days. I did not realize it immediately, but the GPS is not working. I suspect that it is configuration issue. The hardware is clearly there, but application cannot get a fix on any GPS satellites. The Compass is similiarly not working. Phone function, dual sim slots etc work fine. I am using with a Straighttalk card.
