I buy LeTv Le 1 Pro and after 14 days they send me an email that they dont have this version, and start to try to sell me another one.
What they do this 14 days. stupid. This is maybe the half delivery time.
I refuse and wants my money.
Bunch of scammers.

I find that there are excellent Chinese brands that are providing you with newer architectures and components that the bigger more know brands. i understand that my phone that i ordered isn't work i chat and sent 2 times mail, they help me soon. This is service I like!

I bought a new Xioami redmi note 3 pro (cell phone), the support at Fastcardtech tried very hard to help and were able to fix my issue. I contact the support they helped me very well, I recommend Fastcardtech they have the best support.

The seller doesn't assume it's responsibility, He sent to me a defective phone Sony Xperia Z3 with unusable SIM card slot, impossible to recognise any Sim card, I tried 3 from different carriers, noway!
I asked the seller what to do, he asked me to send it back, after receive it he refuse to refund shipping fees.

I don't recommend seller, full of refurbished phones with very often problems.

Be careful, they are a bunch of scammers. Even if you pay for the insurance for the customs tax refund they will never give you the money back. And on top of that the mobile was defective. Trust me, don't buy anything from them.

I have bought one phone in this store, this phone has arrived. The quality is good, with cheap price, I like it. The customer service is excellent. One question is shipping, it makes me wait for a long time. Hope they can change.

They are the only company have a two defrent version for the same product!!!!!!
I bought letv le1 pro from them after I saw the specifcation of the original product. They send another one like original and sayes there are two version. White package (fake) and black package (original). They send the white package without some accessories and defrent details was written on this fake package like screen resolution , ram ,....etc
When I told them. They replied that is two defrent package. The white for sell and the black for store. Ha ha ha. !!! And give me discount $5 if I buy again from them.
