Did you get your 2nd battery?

My phone arrived without the 2nd battery that comes as standard with my order nor the 3rd one I paid for as an option. Only when I complained that acknowledge batteries were left off- they claim customs/ country issue prevents them adding extra lithium batteries in the package. They made the same excuses on all 3 alternate addresses offered - Hong Kong, United Kingdom- even China (Shanghai). I know there has been fir hazard concern with lithium batteries - If so why advertise for extra batteries and accept order for them? Not even any cautionary note or selected countries that can have them. Now offering to refund only as a credit note when buying more from them.
Anybody else have this problem.

the worst site on-line sales. unreliable

They are just good at fooling ourselves. Terrible everything. Customer service, support. Better not to buy anything from them. Risk of losing money and nerves. After a month from the payment the phone was not shipped yet and their support from China is slow and useless anyway. The situation does not improve, The chat service is a jack ass.
A word of advice .... do not buy anything.
Better site Dx.com even if they have less smartphone models. At least they're reliable and fast

Tracking Lies

I ordered the HDC Galaxy S5 from this company and paid for EMS delivery. I received an email saying that it was shipped the very next day and a tracking number was allocated which I could track within 3 day. The tracking number was fake and after 3 days I complained. They then made up a number of excuses and on 23rd gave me another tracking number. This number did work but stated the goods had been sent to another country and could not be found for 5 days. Fastcardtech made more excuses, blamed the shipping company who in turn blamed Fastcardtech. I spent more money making calls, then trying to communicate with staff on their chat website and sending emails. The phone has still not arrived and a dispute opened with paypal. Don't use this company!

Dont do it

Although Fastcardtech lookspromising, i advise not to buy
I bought HDC Galaxy Note 3 and wifi keeps falling out and the battery (3200amh) is empty within half a day.
Better pay a bit more and buy the original

Zeer slecht

Heb er een telefoon gekocht, wifi werkte niet, teruggestuurd (kostte ook nog in de 20 euro) 100 mailtjes gestuurd en nooit weer wat gehoord of terug gekregen.
Oplichters dus.

Very very bad, please dont buy anything here. I bought a hdc galaxy, wifi didn't work, send it back, mailed 100 times (everytime they answered no worries.) After months i gave up. Never got something back. Paid about 170 euro's for nothing.

5S I BOUGHT A PHONE WITH THEM ON DAY 02/7, I CAN NOT SEE THE TRACKING BUT I AM NOT WORRIED BECAUSE I WILL NOT WAIT UNTIL 45 DAYS NOT LIKE OPENING MATCH BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIMES THEY WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY AND I WANT THE MONEY AND YES THE PHONE, AND UNFAIR YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND GET MONEY BACK HAVE CASES AND CASES WHEN YOU'RE NOT RECEIVING MERCHANDISE IF I AGREE BUT RECEIVED NO NEED TO DO THIS, I WILL WAIT AND anxious TALE AFTER P VOCES HUGS

this is the best store of what I met

I would like to write that was a good experience to have business with you one more time. I received the package with everithing ok. The post service was great. the Netherlands solution works perfectly. Even prevent more taxes that the custom service apply when they check that the pácakge comes from China.

Terrible customer service

I orderd a HDC Galaxy Note 2 from them and they had it in stock,the purchasing process went smoothly via Pay Pal.I started to get worried after a period of 3-4 days I had not received a tracking # though I had paid $35 for shipping via EMS to South Africa.Voila! The fifth day and an email arrives informing me that they had shipped and tracking #.provided,I tried to track it(even using various global tracking sites) but it was a dud,I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that there could a 24hr delay for the system to register the waybill and enable tracking but 4 days past and nothing.So i contacted them and after laborious attempts at communicating with them(email,skype,online chat,facebook etc) I was finally told that there was a battery packaging problem at customs and another response that the problem was at the warehouse and that it would ship the following week. WTF?!? But they issued a tracking #,and now it has not shipped?!?CLEARLY THEY ARE LYING AND RUNNING A SCAM,STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!! I've asked for a refund and I'm not holding up much hope unless Pay Pal intervenes,refunds me and BAN these CROOKS!!

Future buyer, you can happen the same. Be careful!

I bought a smartphone in this Web Fastcardtech.
The smartphone is an OEM of a clone: Zophone i5 Pro.

The device has the following problems:
1. The information from the seller says that the device is a Zophone and not true (see image). It is manufactured by KAIY, curiously the same manufacturer of a iPhone clone which sold on AliExpress and was removed by the complaints received.
2. The information of seller says that is a QuadCore processor (MTK6589) and is really a DualCore (MTK6577)
3. The information from the seller says that the device has a power of 13,800 (Antutu Benchmark) and is actually 7,771.
4. The information from the seller says that the device has a screen resolution 1280x720 but resolution is 960x540
5. When I bought it, they said the forum that the seller could send me the language configured to Spanish and I received the device with English and Chinese language. I was unable to configure the Spanish language. Through the utility "MoreLocale 2" changes the set-up of the system language and some messages but applications are in English or Chinese.
6. "Play store" can be installed but not working. It appears that when "Google Play Services" detects any inconsistencies in the OS, it stops and "Play Store" stops working.
7. "Recovery mode" not working. The device starts in Recovery mode, but none of their functions works
8. The MAC of WiFi, changes each time is enabled. It is a very serious problem because it prevents the establishment of policies for access to the router control based on MAC. This is a problem already identified in other devices-iPhone Clone fake.
9. The GPS does not work.
10. Function to download EPO does not work.

I'm six months claiming Fastcardtech and after 6 months they said they sent the device. I sent the device, they have confirmed that they have received almost a month ago and did not give me any solution.

Now I have no device and no solution.

Future buyer, you can happen the same. Be careful!

better stay away

Ordered:
1. Jiayu G5S- MTK6592 Octa Core with a number of accessories:
Add an additional 3000mAh Original Jiayu Battery (with back cover, charging dock and silicon case) [$25]
Add Tf Card Reader[$1.99]
Add Case + Screen guard[$6]
Add Bluetooth Headset[$8]
SoftWare Service:Root Phone[$2.99]
2. Q9 Phone Triple SIM
3. Smooth Skin Wallet Style Magnetic Leather Flip Case

FCT told me order is shipped and gave me tracking number on 2014-04-26 .

Then the same day they told me Q9 phone has tech problems and offered to change it for another one. I tried to choose a similar item - there were dozens of similar phones listed in stock that I would gladly take instead of Q9, but none of them was actually in stock!
I asked to return money, but since it was wire trasferred, I understood it could be expensive for them - so I asked them to return money on my PayPal, They refused. The only thing they offered - keep it on my FCT account...

2014-05-06 - that's 12 days after order confirmation (!!!), they inform me that package was returned back from customs because customs wouldn't let battery to be shipped. Like they never did it before?!?!

I asked to use my money that they have on my FCT account and send it by express shipping. Their answer - "our shipping agent infrom us no service in your country" - which absolutely untrue and can be easily checked on internet (no need to ask some "agent"). So they again kept my money and shipped by cheap post.

2014-06-13 - that is 52 days after order confirmation - package finally arrived with missing and wrong items (in addition to not sending the Q9 phone), namely:
- Leather flip case for $3.90 ----- MISSING
- Value accessory Case + Screen guard for $6.00 -------- screen guard is there, but Case is MISSING
- Specifically asked for white/transparent Silicon Case --------- BLACK CASE SENT INSTEAD
- TF card reader too tight, have to apply a lot effort to insert into or pull out from the USB hole

What I was offered? Just credit the amount of missing items on my FCT account (that is NOT send my money back), total US$47.40 ... With such horrible service I guess I was lucky to get even that, though I now should think how to use that money that supposedly in on my account... Note that I can use it only by buying stuff from FastCardTech.

In addition - bad English with a lot of errors in emails and a customer service that never agrees with you...

In summary:
I do not recommend FastCardTech (I now call it SlowAndLowTech...)
If you have no choice but to buy from them, NEVER pay by wire transfer. Better PayPal - at least you could be easier compensated if they do what they did to me.

On bright side - the main, most expensive item Jiayu g5s arrived, works fine and I like it.

FASTCARDTECH

Hi, I ordered an S5 G900H 1:1 phone from Fastcardtech. Firstly, I have to say their website is great they have alot of good looking phone etc. Secondly, after one week of ordering my phone I decided to check the tracking no.I was sent by FCT to see how my phone delivery was going. Here is where I started to get a bit suspicious because I could not track the Number they gave me. I contacted FCT and explained and they told me that my tracking no.had not updated on the tracking system and I should wait a few more days. So I waited and decided to do a little research into FCT's company and what I found surprised me. Many customer complaints about FCT and alot of unhappy customer (this is when I really started to worry about my order).
Seven days had passed and still no recognition of my tracking number and then on the eight day walla I found my phone in Belgium on route to Ireland, happy days.
Three days later I was opening my new S5 1:1 G900H.
Everything about this phone is excellent, octa core processor, 2 G's Ram great device and Ive ran about four different performance tests includeing An TuTu which it scored 28000 and every test show great results from this phone. Even the GPS is very accurate.
All I can say about FCT is that it may have its disputes with customers (as every company does) but my dealing with them were by far great including very fast customer service and a very good product and a cheap price well worth the buy, thank you again Fastcard.

Very bad and incorrect seller!!!!

Fastcardtech never again!! Attention, attention. I warn all customers. I ordered a phone from the site fastcardtech.com installing ROOT and Czech menu. I got worse phone without ROOT and Czech menu. Czech menu is not any way to install a phone is worthless. Fastcardtech refuses to return the money and just fudging. They are crooks and thieves!!!!!!!

Scammers, liers, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I did the mistake of buying from them twice, but both times it was a disaster. They are lying, they cheat, they describe their phones with false specifications, because they know that you ll never send it back! And if you make the mistake to send your phone back for their so called "warranty" you can as well say goodbye to your phone. Makes you wonder how a company like PayPal is still doing business with them, after all these disputes they must get daily!

BIG TIME WASTER!!!!!!

I brought a phone 1 week ago and pay by EMS. I emailed them asking for tracking number and they gave me a fake one and then they go and say " the custom is having trouble accepting battery products and you have to waste longer time. " I believe this company will send you a brick with a paper in it if you wait any longer. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FCT!!!!!!!!!!!

Due Diligence

Gave this 2 Stars as they were not rude.
I was going to buy some phones and have my partner collect (He lives in Shanghai), check, pay, and send to me in the UK.
As the fastcardtech site doeshave this option.(Collection)
Took my partner 3 days to contact them by phone "AND HE LIVES THERE"
1. Seems The Headquarters in Shanghai On their Company profile does not exist.
Message from my partner in Shanghai...
..."That guy is in Shenzhen, South China. They have a contact in Shanghai, but they don't phones available in Shanghai. All the phones are stocked in Shenzhen"....
"Their Headquarters and collection point. has no phones Strange!"
Seems they have 2 sites 1 for the Chinese "No collect option there"
Make of this what you will.
