This company pulled out all the stops to supply and fit a swan neck towbar to my Honda CRV. Their communication was excellent as was the price, including vehicle specific wiring loom. Their fitter did an exceptional job and I am extremely impressed.

My fitter Tony was friendly and knowledgeable! The fitting was fast and neat!

Afterwards I thought I had an issue with my internal lights staying on. I messaged Matt who was very helpful and informed me that he would send Tony back out to have a look!

Tony come and checked my jeep and it turned out I had just knocked a switch on for my internal lights. Even though this was my mistake I was not charged any extra fee!

Fantastic service - quick and positive response from Matt to my initial email query; competitive pricing; kept in touch and arrived at my home when he said he would. Professional job, and like the other reviewers he left it all tidy. Full explanation of how to detach the tow ball and let me practice a few times until I felt competent. Also offered advice on wiring new lights on the trailer. Is available to contact him if I have any further queries.
Two days later I was towing my new boat on its trailer with no problems whatsoever.
