What a great experience with Matt the gentleman who came to my house to fit a tow bar to my Mercedes estate. Matt was bang on the arranged time and explained the process before setting to work . What brilliant company booked and paid the deposit for our car to have towbar fitting at work place but then our car broke down there customer service was excellent kept in contact with us (not pestering) after many weeks of waiting to get the car back from the garage we rescheduled towbar fitting nothing was a hassle for them amazing service they even gave us a discount with having previously had our smaller car done 18months ago
