Excellent communication with Matt and the best price for a tow bar I could find. Tony turned up promptly as agreed and the removable tow bar was fitted 3 hours later. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m impressed with how neat everything is when the ball is removed. Recommended!

I contacted Matt, out of hours, not expecting a reply till the following day but he did reply that evening. He was very courteous and obliging. He turned out a few days later, to my place of work. I have a towbar fitted already but it sits too low causing issues with the jockey wheel catching speed bumps thus causing damage. Matt examined the existing towbar and diagnosed that the frame had been bent courtesy of a historic collision. The kit is a Witter and specific to my vehicle, a Lexus RX300. Alas, Matt explained, there is no safe way to raise the height of the towball. He took the time to offer me various forms of advice / options. He left, having come out of his way, spent a good 15-20 mins with me but refused to take any payment. A very likeable chap who couldn't do enough for you. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
