locked out of my apartment after work. I called the company and the technician, Jhon, got here fast—within 30 minutes.
He was super professional and actually walked me through all my options instead of just rushing into it. I ended up deciding to just have him drill the lock, and he got it done quickly. Honestly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you Jhon!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs, they are total scammers. An intimidating foreign guy who barely spoke a word of English came to do an emergency lock when I had been burgled, they knew I was female living alone and would have no choice but to accept their costs. What was quoted over the phone of about £200 became close to £1000 on paying the job on complete. The lock then became faulty two weeks later, they refused to accept liability pretending the lock was a single, even though the receipt clearly says double, and have hung up on me ever since. Disgusting behaviour.
