Very awful nasty service .Technician Kept promising but never turn up despite several calls .
Unreliable people.

If I can leave a negative stars I would leave a negative 10 stars I was told three different prices for a lockout first price I was told was $150, then when he got here I was told 500 and few minutes later told 100 I ended up pay them 271.00 and making a police report due to picture on CDL taken and don't trust them. They tried to strong arm me into making a payment of $500 even when I told them that payments are average about 150 and I was told 150 at first I would not use this company I would run for this company

A very prompt response to a first time user of this service. I had a constructive discussion with Dean as to the problem with a door lock and he came up with a positive recommendation which actually saved me money. Dean was personable and left me feeling very satisfied with the job.

This is the worst company ever !!!! I‘ve called them at 11:50 and still now at 15:41 i‘m still waiting for them !!! I told them that i‘m really sick and should take my medicine they never showed up and never opened my door !!!

I’ve never encountered ruder service than from the person who came to fix my UPVC door today. There was zero upfront communication about the fees, and the issue wasn’t fully resolved — the door is now loose, but easier to lock. I won’t be using their services again.

I was told the service person would arrive in 20 minutes but I waited about 1 1/2 hours. I was also told their service would be approximately $35 to unlock the door from my garage to my house but of course after waiting until almost midnight so they probably thought I’m not going to turn down any price they give me. I’m advised that the lock inside my garage to my house is “tricky to open” and will cost me much more. It took less than 60 seconds to open the door and I was charged $151.55.

I called a locksmith to help open the room door. On the call, the admin said it would cost £50 to open the door without breaking it. When the locksmith arrived, he said he would need to break the door, and it would cost £150. I said no because the landlord didn’t allow breaking it. Then he charged me £40 for cancellation. How insane was that?

Yesterday, I went out of the city with my some friends and suddenly I notiched that I lost my keys somewhere. I needed a locksmith service near me. I called them and they were super responsive and professionally handle my problem. They were friendly and they offered me a reasonable price also. If I need any locksmith service I will call them again.
