Everything about these guys screams scam and dishonesty, foreign call centre pushy staff with poor attitudes. Avoid

We called Peter out to attach 2 new locks to our front door. His work was very neat and efficient and his manner was polite and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good locksmith.

I was locked out it was a Sunday at 2pm and I knew for a Sunday it would be a little expensive but he charged me £500! When I first phoned them they said it would be around £45 plus the cost of a new lock but 500 Is crazy, he changed me the opening of the door, the new lock, 20vat and the 45 on top!

I had trouble unlocking my back door, I found their number and rang them, then Peter arrived just over a hour later, he was very friendly and helpful and had the job done quickly.

Phoned in the morning, confirmed a time. Employee arrived timeously. He was extremely nice and helpful. He explained the problem and fave me a quote. Told him to carry on. When he was finished he showed me the damaged lock. Excellent clean quick work. Feel secure now. Highly recommend.

Ray Quelch was brilliant, rang to give me an ETA
and explained what had to be done to my front door lock to fix the problem, got the parts quickly & repaired without trying to sell me a new door, a great locksmith & a great guy ! thanks Ray.

Came out within 45 mins, friendly however a bit on the steep side, £240! It was a Sunday so at least they did come out!

Locked out, desperate. Immediate attention. Here in 15 mins very quick to get entry. Just a bit expensive, for 2 minutes work.

Afternoon phone call, within 90 minutes engineer arrived.
2 new parts fitted to front door, well tested and engineer left just under 90 minutes after arrival.
Highly recommended.

Came within 2 hours and sorted my problem straight away. Very pleased.

Got home late at night and key snapped in the lock… googled locksmiths and you came up…. Called and you were happy to come out late at night, arrived and explained what you needed to do and the cost…. Cost always a shock when you don’t think something like this will happen…. Got a brand new lock and 5 keys and I felt safe on my own… so good value for money.

Identified the problem. After completing the repair didn't leave untill he was sure I understood how to use the new keys successfully

Original contact made on a Bank Holiday with locksmith coming the following day at a time arranged around me. Was able to source a new lock for our awkward sized fitting and all work completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Turned up within 40 minutes and did a good job.
