Jody was brilliant and fixed my front door that I thought needed replacing
Jody can to fix my front door that was catching in the frame and on the latch plate. He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He also fitted some extra items on the door for me while he was there for added security and when I asked about the different types of doors had plenty of knowledge and advice. I used Gray's after they had completed work at my place of work. I would happily recommend them.

I am absolutely discussed with your firm you charged me over £600 pounds. The first time you came out the foreign chap looked, fiddled and went to his CAR and brought back the same piece, but charged me £366. As my lock still was nit working I called you out again, same chap it took him minutes and charged me £243.60. I had a verified locksmith look over the work and he said the mechanism wasn’t changed. But the lock sort of works. I and my daughter have contacted you and you have done nothing I repeat nothing to rectify this at all. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone you are con artists who rip people off
