I accidentally locked myself out of my house and needed help urgently. They responded really quickly and arrived sooner than I expected. The locksmith was friendly, calm, and very professional. He got me back inside in just a few minutes without causing any damage.
I recommend it 100%.

My elderly mother called them out to open a stuck lock on an interior door and was charged an extortionate £165 plus £75 for drill bits plus VAT. They then quoted another £195 to replace the lock; something I managed to do myself in 5 minutes, the replacement lock costing less than £25. These guys take advantage of the vulnerable. Stay clear of them.

Warning about Fast Locksmith London. It's the first result that comes up if you Google emergency locksmith.

Tennat broke the key in the lock. Called company Was told it would be £55 when the chap arrived he looked at it & Just said lock needed replacing without even trying to pick it out. told me it would be £175 to replace the lock and then AFTER he had drilled the lock out said that a new lock costs an additional £150. What a con, when I questioned this he totalled it up and then added vat.. when I said you are just adding more costs on he went crazy starting swearing and shouting and started taking the lock out. Felt like getting into it with him but I have just lost my Dad and not in a great place so somehow I just walked away and he said pay with Apple Pay. Due to the late time and being upset ended up getting conned out of £406. With no receipt offered or given the chance to ask for one.

He was a tall stocky Eastern Europe guy and absolutely took advantage of the situation felt really intimidated. But seems like he had done this before.

Please don't use them unless you want to get ripped off and threatened.
