I contacted this locksmith after searching online and was quoted £49 by phone to open a single door lock. When the locksmith arrived, he opened the door and then charged £250, then pressured my vulnerable, 80+ year-old parent into paying £1,000 in cash for a replacement Chubb lock that costs about £100 new. He refused card payment, forced cash only, and did not provide a proper receipt or proof of purchase, only a basic invoice. This felt like exploitation, especially given my mother’s age and vulnerability. No clear written quote or cost breakdown was provided before the charges were imposed. I do not recommend this service and feel others should beware.

Awful company they take advantage of vulnerable women. They over price and do not do the job they say they do!! Do not use!!!!

I was charged £2794 to gain access and change a lock when I’ve tried to talk to the company about their outrageous prices they told me to f myself and put the phone down.

The lock no longer works after 24 hours despite telling me it was a high security lock and has 3 years warranty.

Great service from Mike :arrived in half hour. Consider all options for fixing the issue
