Ordered some custom stickers, the artwork I submitted wasn’t quite right so they promptly got in touch to help out. Resubmitted and the stickers arrived today, fantastic quality and will use again.

Called to speak to a human ( after speaking to Laura last week - also very helpful) before putting through a complex order online for my new roll-on perfume range; the level of customer service I got from Joel, was absolutely amazing!
He helped me with choosing the right finish all the way through to the purchase..
With this level of care and attention, I have no doubt the end product will look fabulous!

Very good and fast customer service. I noticed I had made a mistake sending the picture that was to be printed, a day after it was placed, and they helped me quickly to stop the printing and start a new order. Thanks

I ordered from Fast Print because I’m starting my business. Customer support was great in helping me with my settings. My stickers got caught in the rain on the way to me, no one’s faults. Lawrence was immediately helpful and quick to send me replacements, which arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my product and the service. Looking forward to working with the team again.

I had attached the wrong image for some stickers, so I called up to cancel the order. Georgia was very friendly and stayed on the phone with me whilst I edited and sent through the correct artwork. Impeccable customer service and will definitely be using again.

4 stars instead of 5 because my items are coming as 2 separate packages across two consecutive days instead of as one package.
But they gave me almost ten times the amount of stickers I asked for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So that makes up for it A LOT.

Just received my 1st order so back to place a 2nd. Great quality, reasonable pricing, fast delivery.
Imagine the website bugs are costing them a lot of lost sales tho.

and everyone I talk to I get the same politenes, helpfulnes and I have to give them a 5Star.

Brilliant service. Realised my design was RGB when it should have been CMYK. I messaged them and Ashley in customer services took the trouble to call me to discuss. They were able to convert the file for me. I wanted to check the proof which they said was no problem. Their checking system is very user friendly. The proof needed a minor adjustment and I was easily able to provide feedback and FastPrint resolved it swiftly. The stickers arrived on the day I was expecting them and they looked great.

After an initial snag with automated adjustment of the artwork, the Customer Support team recovered the situation very well, even liaising with production to overcome the 1-day delay that arose as a result of needing to readjust the artwork. Overall, a good quality product delivered on time.
