I have been a long-term and loyal client, yet the way I was treated was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I clearly communicated my payment date (salary paid at the end of the month), and this arrangement was agreed multiple times by the company.

However, the following month, this agreement was suddenly ignored, with no flexibility, no cooperation, and no respect shown to a loyal customer. Instead of professionalism and understanding, I experienced pressure and poor customer service.

In Dubai, where customer service standards are usually high, this level of treatment is unacceptable. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this company.

We waited 6 hours for our car to turn up to which they said it was no longer available and tried selling me a much worse car for the same price, I presume this is a tactic! They refuse to answer the phone, customer service it as a all time low, DO NOT USE
