In the emails you sent to us prior to leaving this review, you stated that your wife had made an enquiry on your behalf but did not make a claim, that the Terms & Conditions (T&C) were not presented to her, and that no acknowledgment email was sent, however, this is incorrect.
A claim was submitted in your name on the 1st January 2025, giving the details of the car you had finance on and the finance company this was through. Our T&C were presented on screen to be read and agreed to, and a signature was provided to be used to sign the T&C, and an acknowledgment email was sent to the email address provided on this same date, which shows that it was delivered.
The 14-day cooling off period is detailed in our T&C but when you contacted us to cancel, you were outside of the cooling off period.
If somebody has used your details to submit a claim without your consent, we would recommend that you report this to Action Fraud.

Unsolicited contact by this company about my over payed tax, I didn't believe I had so ignored the emails, but after a number of emails I thought oh go on then, they reclaimed £13.28 of overpayed tax, I got a cheque for that amount and then a bill for the exact same amount from fasttrackreclaim, waste of time.

I had over 400 pounds refunded in tax and I was left with 38.84 and I have never heard of fast track before they are scammers no one use them I applied through HMRC website and I got a letter off these I would leave it as no stars but I can't

Took money illegally from me
Took money illegally from me. Was due a tax refund from HRMC and these illegal C@@ts took it. HMRC says I signed a waiver authorising them to do this, I never. Be careful! Fraud department have been contacted. Avoid them!!
No record? Really? Since your AI so called telephone menu, which is a pile of poo, you cannot get to speak to a member of your thieving staff.
FACT: You illegally obtained my details and forged my signature to HRMC.
FACT: You illegally took my, yes MY TAX refund.
FACT: I have never used your company for anything and never heard of you until you illegally took £81 from me!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I had a loan with loans2go I went to fast track for help. I did NOT get a refund from loans2go, just longer to pay!!! Fast track demanded i then pay them £455 as id been refunded from loans2go-which I had not!! HOUNDED ME WITH THREATS, EMAIL, TEXTS AND CALLS!! THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE LOAN COMPANY, I DID NOT GET A REFUND SO THEY ARE BASICALLY A BUNCH OF SCAMMING ABUSIVE SHARKS!!!

As set out in the complaint resolution issued to you on the 11th September 2024, when you engaged our services you confirmed that you had read and agreed to the T&C which explain that if a lender reduces an outstanding balance, rather than paying a refund, a fee would still be due.
Loans2go responded to the complaint logged on your behalf reducing the amount you owed them by just over £1,200.00 and have confirmed that this reduction has been applied, which contradicts what you have stated in your review, and a fee was charged in line with the T&C you agreed to.
When there is a fee outstanding on an account we contact the client by telephone, email & text message using the details they provided to us, but we are unable to agree that you have been hounded.
You were offered a payment plan in your complaint resolution and were asked to contact us to discuss this further, but we received no contact from you. When we got in touch with you, a payment plan was agreed, and you were told that payment reminders would continue until we received the first instalment of the plan. The first payment has been received and it was confirmed that providing the agreed payments are made on time, we will not contact you.
You were also made aware of how to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in your complaint resolution, if you remained dissatisfied with our response, and also in an email dated the 21st October 2024 but no contact has been received from FOS.

Sadly rang a few times 12/11 15/11 and…
Sadly rang a few times 12/11 15/11 and now 18/11 about withdrawing from the service. However every time I could only speak to an AI voice till I had to ring the collections department. Then was made to justify why I wanted to make the decision to still be told that I’m not allowed as it’s past 14 days.
Personally I’m not ok with this and feel that I’m being trapped within a contract.
Please please please avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs !! They won nothing for me and then years later are trying to threaten me with court action. We sent the letter back showing we won nothing just 2 weeks after getting the decision. They are saying we didn’t send the letter back and all this 4 years after failing to win us anything!!!!!

Do not use this company.
As soon as you sign on the doted line they act as your nominee on your HMRC account. They don’t do any work for you. I applied for home working expenses claim during the pandemic. Heard nothing until weeks after receiving a tax rebate for working two jobs a year later. Completely unrelated to the Covid home working and not what I signed up for.
If you look at their records on companies house. They are constantly winding up and forming new companies in similar names. If you accidentally sign up, please, please contact HMRC by phone to remove them and let FTR know immediately.
Do not use their services. You won’t make any money. They’ve taken my hard earned money for nothing. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I went with this company who approached…
I went with this company who approached me and insisted they could get some redress for me. I then got two invoices one for just short of £7 and one for £69. I have paid them both as they were harassing me but I got NO redress or refund from any of the companies they acted on my behalf to. I still paid my balance and got NO refund. They say it's no win no pay be warned they charge you NO MATTER what. So I ended up 76 pounds worse off.
