I've never heard of these people and next minute they want £300 out of my £800 tax rebate. I used the HMRC website to get my rebate, not these. They were rude and demanding on the phone. They prey on people.

Disgraceful!
Disgraceful!! I used them for PPI years ago and they have somehow now managed to claim my personal tax overpayment and now won't pay it back due to 'minimum admin fees'.
They have absolutely no right to be taking anyone's personal tax overpayment but state that as I signed for the PPI I signed for this. The man was rude on the telephone and kept talking over me. STAY AWAY!
Edit - reply to fast track reclaim - i have reviewed the contract sent, which I can confirm I did not sign as it’s not my signature nor did I live at the address stated on the form. Having reviewed the contract I can also see that it is to claim tax taken from the PPI, NOT personal tax which you have absolutely no right to do. It’s a scam to get other peoples hard earned money.

You signed up to our services in 2019 to reclaim PPI but you also signed up to reclaim tax in 2023, which resulted in a refund being received which was lower than our minimum fee and this was retained in lieu of the fee.
An email was sent to you at the time to make you aware of this, which shows as being delivered and opened.
A complaint has been logged on your behalf and will be acknowledged by email, and the telephone call will be reviewed regarding your comments about the employee you spoke with.

Used my details without permission and took most of my money
They've somehow got my details to claim tax back and then took over 60% of my refund. They said I give them my P60 and passport but I never used them. I put my details on a loan comparison page but fast track must be using it to harvest details.
Stay well clear cos they can't be trusted.

So back and forth with this shocking cheating scamming company who now have a CCJ going against me
This company is a scam when I do my millage yearly I get paid for my yearly millage which I have done myself, and they are trying to take half of my Money for no work they have done. Stay away from this company and I will keep you updated with the lies and false information they provide me with > stay away once again

Absolute vultures
Absolute vultures. Got me a refund for which paid off interest on a loan. Left me with a huge bill to pay when my financial position was poor to start with. Offered to pay (begrudgingly) in instalments but in no time I had bailiffs at my door. Stay well clear of this company. Absolute joke!

I put in my yearly mileage which I had…
I put in my yearly mileage which I had done myself and then I was owed £140.20
first of all this company didn't have my permission to do any work and are invoicing me for something they did nothing towards. if I didn't submit my mileage I would have owed the HMRC. So how are they sending me an email just last year again they tried to take legal action over a claim they didn't put in again I did the work and they didn't have my permission.
watch this scamming company they are a joke and they will charge you for doing nothing when you have done the work yourself
