Great service by Dinesh from beginning till end
Great service by Dinesh from beginning to end . I went to branch first time , where I was very politely dealt with by DINESH , he took time to understand my requirements patiently and after that showed me alternatives I didn’t have imagined exist And exceeded my expectations. I am new to london but he stayed calm and patient with me throughout and helped me selecting all the items for my whole new house . Every thing is delivered and looking beautiful and stunning as it’s a great quality product which he assured it will be . He kept me well informed about delivery time and I had small issue with one of the item missing which he got it resolved with in a week . So Big thank you for your professionalism and great attitude and I will be back for more

Friendly staff with product and design knowledge. Our order arrived on time. Delivery/ Installers were very careful and courteous, cleaned up after themselves.
The items at FCI without doubt are unique and very good quality.
I will definitely be buying from them again.

I’m very glad I chose to get my furniture from FCI. Very good quality and beautiful furniture. The team are very friendly and Dinesh, the designer who helped me throughout the process from choosing the right furniture to delivery, is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable of his subject, professional, caring for clients and has a very good sense of humour. A slight issue with one of the furniture when arrived was resolved straight away, giving the company and particularly Dinesh further credits for excellent after sale care and support. I’d recommend FCI to anyone looking for good quality, modern furniture and an excellent, stress free service.

Fantastic overall experience!
Our experience with FCI was simply fantastic. We ordered two built-in wardrobes and a home office set up from FCI and could not be happier with the overall experience and the quality of the finished product. We had the pleasure of working with Irina Nenova on the design of the units. She is clearly very experienced, had some great ideas/suggestion and was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The installation team was also great to work with --- friendly, professional and skilled. The quality of the units is second to none and although not exactly cheap, they are great value for money and should last for a lifetime. We could not be happier with FCI and would unreservedly recommend it.

We decided to visit FCI before Xmas...
We decided to visit FCI to buy our dining table and chairs and dealt with Dinesh who looked after us brilliantly. He promised we would have our delivery before Xmas and indeed we did.
We love the table and can't thank Dinesh and the team at FCI including thier delivery team who did a perfect job of the installation!

Happy Customer! Delighted with the armchair - Italian craftsmanship, elegant and comfortable. Salesperson Dinesh was brilliant, helpfully emailing me photos of the armchair as I was not sure of the color from the website. Logistics was great with communication on delivery slot. The delivery guys had to lug the armchair up 4 flights of stairs but were very courteous and amiable. Highly Recommend.

We found FCI on google when looking to furnish our new apartment. Walking through the door was like walking into Alladins cave, except in the case Alladin is an Italian designer. The choice and quality of the available furniture pieces is fantastic. It isn’t cheap, but it is fantastic value, for the quality and style
We purchased a beautiful couch, a bed settee, coffee and side tables, Mirrors, bedside tables, a console table and a stunning dining room table set. All was delivered, assembled included in the cost
If we have any complaint, it is the time taken from order to delivery. However, this was explained clearly at the time of ordering. It was worth waiting for.....
All the staff are friendly and helpful, we cannot recommend FCI more to any one. Its worth visiting the showroom just for a day out.. i

FCI supply amazing modern furniture & have been fantastic to deal with
FCI have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We will definitely buy from them again!
The premises may not look much from the outside, but inside there is a wide range of contemporary furniture - we bought a Naos table and chairs, plus bar stools. More importantly FCI have access to some of the best European design studios. If you want some beautiful, even startling modern furniture, then this is the place to go. Kasia was our sales consultant, but she has become a friend. We can't say more.
Soon after our first order we also ordered a bespoke set of wardrobes, dressing table and chest of drawers. Quite a wait for them to be supplied from Italy, but the FCI installation team did a great job and we are very pleased with the look and functionality
