I can’t thank you enough for such a marvellous design and work for my TV media wall project!
Rey, my interior designer who worked brilliantly to make it happen according to my budget has done an exquisite job in making my media wall vision a reality. I adore how she does her job in communicating well to me throughout the planning, ordering, and execution of the installation. She was even present during the two-day period of fitting the design in my wall to ensure all go as planned. It was really great to work with her.
To the installation team lead by Ivan, thank you so much for such a wonderful job. They are very professional, extremely accurate, caring of the property, timely, and a master of their craft. I had complex wiring system for my AVR connected to 8 speakers (4 on the floor and 4 in-ceiling), an hdmi cable for my TV and power cables. All of it are hidden and they listened to my plan. Now the whole design looks sleek and clean. I just love it!
I am really happy I went ahead with the project with FCI! Impressive Interior designing company! I highly recommend as I’m pleased more than I have hoped for. Thank you again Rey. Well worth it!

FCI London has a great range of high quality furniture. Sanjay was very helpful and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. His help and guidance was excellent. Kasia kept us informed of delivery dates and ensured our order arrived on time. I would definitely recommend FCI London.

I did not even want to give 1 star. Purchased 8 bespoke dining chairs and have just noticed a little hole in the fabric.I got in touch with customer service and have been told that they cannot do nothing about it as it must of happened after delivery and that I should pay for a repair or order a replacement this is beyond unacceptable and i would not recommend this company or purchase anything from them again.

Really good service, Sanjay was very helpful and patient, spending a lot of time with us and producing different options for our sofa until we were completely happy with the layout. Communication was excellent and Hitesh who delivered it was fantastic and set the sofa up and made sure we were 100% happy before leaving. A professional service from start to finish, highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Fantastic products always which has made them my first choice for my furniture needs. Customer service has always been very good and I the visit to the showroom recently was a pleasure. I have dealt with Izhar as my Account Manager who has always provided excellent support.

Izhar and the team have been very helpful and responsive. We bought a dining table and a set of 4 chairs and we haven't been disappointed at all by the quality or the customer care service. On the day when we visited the showroom the team has spent a lot of time trying to listen to our queries and giving us good advices! They even offered us lunch! Good Company and eccellent staff!

FCI staff all easy to deal with, knowledgeable and listen well.

Sanjay helped us with sofas, day beds, bar stools, bed and foot stools, finishes, materials and alternative ideas. They offered a lay out service based on our floor plan to ensure the furniture fitted the space.

Logistics team were responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition.

We chose FCI to buy our Ozzio Box Legno table from and we were not disappointed. From our first meeting through manufacture and to delivery the service was first class. We live in Manchester and didn't have any doubts from buying from FCI. The table looks fantastic.

Purchased a lovely sofa just over a year ago and had wonderful sales service. However as soon as there was a problem a few months later they didn’t want to know. Was just told it was fine when we delivered It! After sales not their strong point and that’s what’s important right?
I’ve had better customer service from a high street store on a sofa costing a quarter of the price. This was a huge amount of money for us so unless you have money to risk then beware!

Everyone should avoid this company like a plaque. We had the bad luck of purchasing some furniture from them in October 2021. We paid over £12000 for those. They promised us that they would arrive after the new year, but the item arrived on 19/02/2022. We were patient and we did not make any fuss about this.
When they arrived the dining table and the armchairs were nicely packed, they unpacked them for us and assemble them and there were no faults or any issues with them, but the dining chairs were without any covers or boxes. We were very surprised that why the new items which were arriving from Italy should be completely unboxed and unwrapped. Then we noticed there were some faults in the quality of making and the quality of the chairs (lots of winkles and the material were coming off the base of the chairs), also the handles were not right in one chair. They looked used and old. In addition, we noticed that the colour/shade was different from what they showed us in their colour chart in their showroom (different grey colour).

While the delivery men were there we contacted the company and told them about our concern and I asked them to return the dining chairs. They told us that they do not return the chairs at present as they were going to investigate about it and would come back to us.

To our surprise, they come back to us and told us they were not going to return or refund us or even exchange those for us unless they deduct a 35% restocking fee. Obviously, we were not happy about their irresponsible suggestion. A couple of days later one of their directors rang me, I thought he was ringing me to help us or accept to refund us, to my surprise, he was abrupt, unsympathetic, rude, and he told me that he cannot do anything about it. When I, told him, therefore I had no other option but to seek legal advice, he told me that he had much bigger lawyers than me and he was much richer than me.

Their attitude and their customer service and support shocked me, especially when I compare it with other companies in the UK. At the same time, we had bought some other furniture from a shop which is very near to them called The Sofa and Chair Company, which had a completely different attitude and customer service and care (we returned one of their item not because it was faulty but because we felt that it made our space much smaller, they refund us fully).

How can a company treat their customer like this when you spend over £12000? It is really shameful. I do not know, where are they from, but they did not understand the values and principles of the west and this country. They have completely different attitudes and values. The only thing they care about is money. I can assure you that if you buy any item from them, you will be left alone if there is any issue with them. I recommend that please try other companies before you buy anything from them. You deserve much better than this company.

We have had a beautiful glass coffee table for over 5 years and one of the tyres on the wheel snapped. I contacted the original supplier, who were unable to help. I searched for other companies who dealt with the manufacturer and found FCI, so called them. I spoke to Izhar Syed, who was brilliant. He located and sent me replacement tyres, whilst keeping me informed. Wonderful customer service. It is so good to find someone who goes the extra mile.
