The booking and confirmation with this company went very smoothly and efficiently. Dimitri, who carried out the work, called me confirming his imminent arrival - he quickly identified the cause of dripping bath taps and replaced cartridges (after managing to obtain new ones). He only left after ensuring the job was successfully completed. Dimitri was friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and is a real credit to the company with his work ethic. Would not hesitate to use this company again and very confidently have Dimitri carry out any future works.

Responded quickly to our need (service, safety check, and repair). Very easy to contact and organise a visit. Clear feedback when requested, especially important for a landlord.

Great service by FD Plumbing. So far we have used FD Plumbing twice. Fabio serviced our boiler and Dmitriy investigated and fixed a quite complicated leak in our wet room. Both Fabio and Dmitriy arrived on time and were very polite. I also thought Dmitriy tackled the problem extremely well.

Called Monday and got Tuesday appointment with regular updates as to when Demetri would arrive (on time!), He was efficient and courteous and a great sense of humour. One very happy lady now has 4 taps that work properly Q & C

Ryan from FD was really helpful in identifying a leak with my shower and also putting on new radiator valves. Other companies had not been very helpful or just raised problems so it was refreshing to see someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who was professional and polite and did a good job. I would definitely use FD and Ryan again.

Fantastic service - booked in quickly, a text telling me how far away the engineer was (well within the agreed time slot), all work done quickly and efficiently. He wore a mask and plastic gloves, which was appreciated. I have already recommended FD to a friend.

Fast, friendly service. They advise up front what the cost will be and it's always competitve and reasonable. They do a thorough job and then fill out and leave a sheet of the maintenance checks that have been performed.
I have used them over a number of years and always receive excellent service.
