Next day delivery doesn’t work
They promise a 24h delivery, but didn’t deliver for more than a week. I had to raise this myself with support, who only offered to “open an investigation” with royal mail despite me being clear I need the lenses urgently - no refunds, no “we’ll send a replacement immediately”, nothing at all.
When you say you’ll deliver the next day I expect you to monitor if that’s actually what happens and react proactively.
Edit: bumping from 1 to 3 stars for re-sending the order after lengthy conversation with support - at least they were easy to reach :)

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Bought expensive lenses that were damaged and emailed customer service to complain. They are ignoring my emails. I will never use this company again. I emailed them 4 times in June without a reply. My advice would be stay away from this company!
