I was very disappointed with my experience. The tickets were significantly overpriced, and the website gave me the impression that I was purchasing directly through the official website.
When I later contacted customer service regarding my booking, I was told that the tickets could not be changed, cancelled or refunded because of the booking conditions.
I understand that terms and conditions apply, but I feel the pricing and nature of the booking should have been much clearer before purchase. The lack of flexibility and the response from customer service have left me very disappointed.
I would strongly recommend making sure you are fully aware of who you are purchasing from, the actual ticket price, and the refund conditions before completing your booking

SCAM
SCAM! If you dont send them your passport information in less than 30 minutes they can cancel your tour without any notice and not refund you!!!! They only offer a new tour date which as you can imagine for tourists is not too flexible. The one they were offering me was two weeks later. I have never felt more offended or scammed.

Extremely expensive for 1.5 hours, no tower visit.
Extremely expensive for 1.5 hours. Interesting and fairly informative tour but disappointing that for an English-speaking group we had a heavily-accented Italian guide who was not always easy to understand.
The private tour doesn’t look so expensive when individual unguided tickets from FeelTheCity cost 69.90 euros - but on the Sagrada Família official website those are only 26 euros. We didn’t get the opportunity to go up the tower: that would have cost an extra 10 euros each but there weren’t any left. Again, book direct (unguided) and you can pre-buy your tower visit.

Indeed a scam like mentioned in the other reviews. The name of the site make it appear as if it’s associated to the Louvre in this case but it isn’t and they charge ridiculous prices compared to the original entry price. Pls be aware, I was too ignorant

A deceptive reseller masquerading as the official website!
This company uses deceptive tactics to make you believe you are purchasing from the official Sagrada Familia website. They are essentially a predatory ticket reseller.
I made a booking by mistake for January 1. The official tickets for this date are not even on sale yet.
When I immediately requested a cancellation, Feel The City explicitly admitted in their email that "official tickets for January 1, 2027, are not yet available" and "the tickets have not yet been issued."
This means they trick consumers into buying something they haven't even secured, acting like an official platform. Yet, they strictly enforce a "no refund" policy under their terms.
This business practice is highly malicious and unfair to consumers. Beware of this fake official site—I just want my money back for a service that hasn't been provided.

Very disappointed with our experience
Very disappointed with our experience. The meeting point was clear and easy to find - that was the highlight. From there we were told to “stay to the right and look for the yellow signs”” This was with a point of the finger to somewhere 300m away. We were then hastily handed a piece of paper with a shirt, sharp instruction to use the QR code to download the audioguide. From there we were in our own. Finding the entry was a challenge weaving through crowds. We passed through the ticket check ok however then had issues with accessing the entry for the dome walk. Security kept asking, in broken Wnglish, which entry point. We didn’t understand what he was in about so we showed him the email correspondence however he said it didn’t give the right information. He referred to two other staff before he led us the the stairs entry and allowed us to go up to the dome - he could easily have just said out information wasn’t good enough. We paid a very exorbitant cost for what should have been a much cheaper ticket - I accept, this was my fault for following sponsored links on Google instead of going directly to official ticket sites. Having said that, the cost we paid should have made our experience seem less however this was not the case. I would not recommend Feel the City as a source for tickets.

Very poor service. The ticket sent to us is not the date we have booked and thus ww could not go in Louvre Museum. We are so disappointed and our trip was ruined. Do not book via this agency.

Feel The City Tours changed the time of…
Feel The City Tours changed the time of our booking without clearly notifying us. While their terms state that timings may be altered, the revised entry time was only displayed in small print on the downloadable ticket and was not clearly highlighted in any email communications.
As we did not download the tickets until arriving at the Acropolis, we were unaware of the change. Consequently, the entrance staff refused entry because our allocated time slot had already passed.
Despite speaking with a representative on two occasions and sending WhatsApp messages, no assistance was provided. The company would not amend the booking, offer alternative entry arrangements, or provide a refund.
Based on this experience, I would advise travellers to exercise caution when booking with Feel The City Tours. The lack of clear communication and customer support was extremely disappointing.
