I fell victim to a scam. I asked my wife to buy tickets for Westminster Abbey. She searched for the site on Google and ended up on a company's website; it looked like the official site, so she bought the tickets. We later discovered that she had paid three times the official price per ticket, and the tickets provided were for a different time than the one selected. Despite our persistent efforts—and a warning from the Abbey staff that the site was fraudulent—they refused to issue a refund.

It’s an overpriced scam web front masquerading as the official site. Don’t fall for it and ruin your day like I did. Be smart. Don’t be like me

My wife and I toured the Ufizi Gallery in Florence this morning, buying the tickets yesterday from this website. When we entered we went to the audio guide area to pick up our devices and were told it would be a €12 charge for two devices. When I showed them my ticket and said ours should be included, they said no tickets come with the audio guide included, and refused to let us proceed without paying the €12 fee (which we did). I wish I would have waited and bought tickets directly from the gallery, would have saved a lot of money and not had this bad experience. I contacted the company via WhatsApp but haven't heard back. This was extremely disappointing! I gave 2 stars vs. 1 as the gallery itself was quite impressive, I just wish I hadn't overpaid using Feel The City tours!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO IS POSSIBLE. I strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing Louvre tickets through Feel the City.
I purchased five Louvre tickets through them and was charged €380. I later discovered that the comparable tickets purchased through the official Louvre website would have cost approximately €160 in total.
What made the situation even more concerning was that Feel the City never asked for the ages of the visitors during the booking process. Three of the five people in our group were under 18 and would normally qualify for free admission to the Louvre. Despite this, we were charged for the booking without this being made clear to us.
After realizing the significant price difference, I contacted the company requesting cancellation and a refund. I made this request very shortly after the purchase, but they refused to refund the transaction, stating that the tickets were non-refundable.
I understand that third-party resellers may charge service fees or a markup. However, in my case, the difference was enormous, and I do not believe the pricing and value of what I was purchasing were sufficiently transparent.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Before purchasing Louvre tickets from a third-party seller, I strongly recommend checking the official Louvre website first, carefully comparing the total price, and reviewing the eligibility for free admission, particularly for visitors under 18.

An unpleasant experience—the worst of the entire trip. I feel ripped off. I was charged €245 for a ticket to the dome of St. Peter's Basilica that costs €15 (I have attached a photo of the prices taken on the day of the visit). Admission to St. Peter's Basilica itself is free. I consider this service exploitative and demand a refund of the difference: €245 - €15 = €230. A local police officer advised me to file a formal complaint, a step I will not rule out if I am not refunded the difference between what I was charged and the official rate.

UPDATE – Thank you, Feel The City: your response below rather neatly demonstrates my point.
1. Customer support: I did not ask you to guarantee or independently modify my Accademia booking. I asked whether you could contact the museum on my behalf. Approximately one minute later, you refused. I contacted the museum myself; they contacted reception and accommodated the later entry.
2. Website presentation: My review does not claim that you explicitly state you are the official website. It describes the impression created by the domain name, Uffizi branding and overall presentation. Pointing to disclosures elsewhere on the site does not change the experience described below.
3. The premium: I paid substantially above the face value of the museum tickets. You justify that premium by reference to booking management, customer assistance and digital content. Readers can decide for themselves whether the customer assistance described above represents the service they would expect for that premium.
4. Refund: I first gave you the opportunity to resolve the matter directly, including by requesting only a partial refund. You refused. I disputed the transactions through my bank; you contested the dispute; I pursued it further; and my bank ultimately refunded the entire transaction.
Your response provides prospective customers with your explanation of these practices. My review provides the outcome.
I purchased Uffizi and Accademia tickets through uffizi-gallery-tickets.org after finding the site through Google. The domain name, Uffizi branding and overall presentation led me to believe I was purchasing through an official or affiliated ticketing channel. It was actually an independent reseller charging substantially above the tickets' face value.
When I discovered this, I contacted the company and requested either a full refund or a partial refund reflecting the difference between what I had paid and the official ticket prices. They refused.
Later, after I accidentally selected the wrong Accademia entry time, I asked whether they could contact the museum to assist. Approximately one minute later, I received a generic policy-based refusal stating that the time could not be changed and that they could not request another slot from the museum.
I contacted the museum myself. The official booking office notified reception and my later entry was accommodated without issue.
I subsequently disputed the transactions through my Australian bank. The reseller contested the dispute, but I chose to pursue it further.
My bank ultimately refunded the entire transaction.
If you are considering purchasing through this site, check the official museum ticketing channels first.
More importantly, if you have already purchased and believe you were misled, "non-refundable" does not necessarily mean you have no recourse. Keep screenshots of the website, your tickets, receipts and correspondence. Contact the merchant, and if they refuse to resolve the matter, check the consumer protections available in your country and speak to your card issuer about your options for disputing the transaction.
Australian consumers may have protections under the Australian Consumer Law, including provisions concerning misleading or deceptive conduct. Consumers in the EU and other jurisdictions may have comparable protections concerning misleading commercial practices.
They refused my request for a partial refund. I challenged the transactions. The final outcome was a full refund.

Danny did a very nice job of pointing out the important parts and a very good history of the construction and changes made over time. Definitely worth the time and money. Thank you Danny!

Website mimics actual vendor, didn’t realize booking with third party. Over charged. Audio tour very limited.
Couldn’t find meetup for second portion. Would NOT recommend.

Poor quality !! Guide is not explaining you much and not waiting for you to enter the vatican. you are supposed to have priority lane tickets and this is not the case so you queue twice. Audio guide might not work if your phone is not accepting the app.

DO NOT USE`
This website is fraudulently mimicking the look and feel of the Vatican, even using a URL that makes even the most seasoned traveller think the Vatican has outsourced its services.
It HAS NOT. These guys will charge you an extra 50 Euro to have a BOT buy tickets for you on the official website.
The extra cash seems to be used to pay google so they are top of the search and a "customer service" bot when you email them.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Do not use the service. They overcharged more than double for prices to the Acropolis. Do not buy anything from this site.

Best tour guide ever! Took extra time to explain everything and entertain our endless stream of curious questions about the history of Spain an all featured of the Alcazar.

Misrepresented as "official booking site" then sold us tickets on dates that aren't even ticketed by the true real venue yet. No refunds - haha, on tickets that do not even exist! Having to reverse charge with credit card company.

Overcharged me for tickets to the Royal Alcazar in Seville by double the price. I should have done more research and googled the prices but I trusted the website, more fool me. Do NOT use them, they are thieves that overcharge for absolutely no reason

Cost price double of the official one. Too much restrictive policy. Tickets and audioguide received in advance without any problem.

On August 6, 2026, I purchased tickets for the Louvre Museum through louvre-museum-tickets, a website that visually and nominally imitates the official Louvre ticketing site. At no point was it disclosed that this was a third-party reseller rather than the official museum.
The site offered only a single ticket option, with no alternative pricing and no disclosure of any markup or service fee. I was charged 78€ (66€ for an adult ticket, 12€ for a child ticket), while the official EU-resident price is 22€ for adults and free for children — roughly three times the official price for the adult ticket, and an entirely unjustified charge for the child ticket.
The site displays no clear refund policy, and the seller refused my refund request when contacted directly.
I've reported Signal Conso, Verbrauchzentrale and econsumer.cov.

Signed up for 2pm tour, but tickets said 9am. I immediatley emailed (3 minutes later and I have the emails to verify) and they kept stating over and over that there are no refunds or modifications. You mention in the reply to reach out to customer service and I have 4 times over 5 days with basically the same response of no refunds or modifications. I am asking for the tickets I registered for, not the tickets YOU gave me. This is not a modification as much a correction to your error. I am disputing with my credit card company. Completely fraudulent company. Looking on line, most other companies have modifcations and cancelation free up to 24 hours prior. I will use those other options in the future. DO NOT TRUST FEEL THE CITY TOURS.

⚠️ WARNING – CHECK THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE BEFORE BOOKING
I booked 3 tickets for the Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba through Feel the City Tours for 26 October 2026, paying €122 in total – more than €40 per person.
Only after completing the purchase did I discover that the official admission price is approximately €15 per adult. Three official tickets would therefore cost approximately €45, compared with the €122 charged by Feel the City Tours.
The official tickets are available directly from the Mezquita-Catedral:
Official Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba ticket office
What is particularly concerning is the way Feel the City Tours is presented online. The website appears very prominently in Google search results and, from my experience, the distinction between the intermediary service and the official ticket channel is not sufficiently clear.
I contacted customer service immediately after discovering the price difference and requested cancellation and a refund.
At that point, I had received absolutely no ticket.
Your original confirmation email explicitly stated:
“Your reservation is being processed and you will receive your tickets by email before the visit.”
I therefore requested cancellation while the reservation was supposedly still being processed and before I had received any ticket.
Then came the contradictory explanations.
Initially, I was told that my reservation was still being processed and that the tickets would be sent later.
Later, I was told that the tickets had already been issued and sent.
I have received NO tickets.
