I placed an order and I received only half of it. After a month, still no products received, so I contacted their customer support by email, but I haven’t heard back from them. Avoid this website as much as you can!
Shockingly bad customer service…
I have repeatedly e mailed Shaun about my return. I have the tracking to show it was delivered back on 11th April and as of 17th May I have had one reply saying sorry they were away for Easter and all others have been ignored. Still no refund. Customer service is so important and I have never experienced anything this bad before. Its not the value (one pair of socks) that's the issue, its being completely ignored and no action in over a month.
This shop is popular so responses may be slow but they are trying!
Shaun was able to sort out my issue with a missing item and was lovely and very apologetic. Took a while to get resolved but was resolved with a good level of customer service.
We have ordered numerous times from Feetus as a family but really appreciated the customer service from Shaun this time round with our first and only issue to date. I think they are getting bigger and may need more staff, but what a good problem to have! Great work Feetus, we will be back for more socks soon!

After attempting to call Feetus out of hours, Shaun picked up the phone, acknowledging this fact but still choosing to give me his time. He walked me through the different types of Injinji socks and recommend ones to suit my needs. He gave me a discount code as a first time customer too. Greater interaction and great person to do business with.
Don't send items and ignore communication....
They have no fulfilled an order I made over 3 weeks ago. They have ignored 3 attempts I have made to contact them. I have neither product or refund. Will not be using them again.

I bought some shoes from their web store and had to do a warranty as the threading was undoing itself after a week.
Shaun processed my warranty with no fuss and fast service.

** I am editing this review to say 2 weeks after writing it, I received an email apology for the delay and the reasoning behind it. This morning (26/10/24) I received a pack of 2 replacement socks and a written apology which was really nice. I am changing my 1 star review to 3 because even though I’ve never had an issue with feetus before this, the length of time it took to get resolved and the lack of communication was far too long.**
I was a returning customer for buying injinji toe socks from this company. I always recommended them when people asked about me about the toe socks.
Back in May I emailed regarding a pair that got a hole in on the first wear. After sending photos, they said this did fall under the manufacturers warranty and asked which ones I would like as a replacement. (The pair I had bought were no longer in stock)
Despite replying directly to the emails sent from Shaun and sending emails to their various contact forms they are ignoring me and I still haven’t received a replacement pair. It is now October.
I feel this is appalling customer service and I absolutely will not be buying from here again or recommending them to my fellow club runners either.
I feel very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Cannot fault this company, a great customer experience. I made a mistake on payment online, I was called back when tried to reach them out and the issue was solved. I received the 3 pairs of socks I’ve ordered on time as a present to my partner; I have tried one on and I wish I bought a pair for myself too.. highly recommended company and products..
Dreadful experience use with caution
2 pairs of Inji socks ordered, only one pair arrived.
Customer service even worse - no reply received to email sent and no body answers the phone to the phone number provided. Currently £20 out of pocket with no sight of a refund or even an explantation as to what went wrong !

FEETUS OK INJINJI POOR
Nothing to complain about as the Injinji socks I ordered came very quickly and I also was given a discount as a first time buyer.
My complaint is with the toe socks by Injnji. I only wore them twice and then washed them on a wool wash with Persil liquid and they already look worn and some threads are loose. They say they are for hiking but the support under the feet is not enough so unfortunately I don’t recommend this brand.

Ordered 3 pairs of Injinji socks on sale and they were delivered quickly. I’d ordered the wrong size so returned them, asking for replacement with a larger size. Called Feetus as I didn’t hear anything . Spoke with Shaun who despatched them same day and as no sale items available he sent non sale socks. I’ve read the other reviews and my experience is very positive. I’ll use Feetus again.

Up to now I’m giving this company a 4 star. I placed an order on Saturday morning. Then I looked on here at the reviews and I’ve been in panic mode all weekend. I’ve contacted the company this morning via e mail and by phone. I received an e mail strait away and mark rang me back aswell. This company use trusted shops for their reviews and they have a 4.5 star rating.. will update this if need be when my order arrives
Lousy customer service/ poor quality products
Purchased an expensive pair of injinji toe socks from this company in April 2023, they lasted two training walks & one hike of 42kms before wearing through! Contacted ‘Feetus’ several times by email and other than an automated acknowledgment, saying they’d be ‘In touch’ within 24hrs they never have .
Absolutely appalling, non existent customer service. Do not use this company.
Poor quality, terrible customer service…
Don’t think I’ve ever wrote a review before for somewhere online but terrible service to match a terrible product. Bought a pair of socks from these guys, at a total of £23, not cheap…..and they were comfy and a good job to start off. After having wore them 5-6 times a hole appeared in the toe of the sock, so I emailed them with the complaint and they said they would replace them and perhaps I needed a different sock from their range due to what I’m using them for, not sure how that should really matter if the quality is good. A month passed and no replacement arrived, I then emailed again and a man by the name of Shaun decided to ring me claiming he had forgot to send them out and will do it now. Well that was 3-4 weeks ago and I’m still £23 down for a pair of socks I wore 5-6 times and no replacement. Very disappointing and so much hassle having to chase this as well as even bother writing a review. Would not recommend at all! Very frustrating

Wonderful socks and quick delivery
Bought some toe socks, direct from the Feetus website, to help stop my toes rubbing against each other. They were so comfortable I ordered another pair and both deliveries were prompt and efficient.

Becareful
Becareful. This company isn’t great. Bought a pair of socks via Amazon which were wrongly described so had to return. This company doesn't answer correspondence via Amazon and the A to Z has failed. I said that I would go to small claims to get my money back and this has done the trick as I have now received a refund albeit for not all that I am out of pocket. Lesson learned

Some glitches but came through in the end
Half my order was sent very promptly. The other half came late after some frustration. Apparently they knew that the order was only partially filled but that was not communicated until after the 2nd half was already in the mail, both by email and a courtesy call.
I'd give them 5/5 on being conscientious and 3/5 on communication. Summing up, I'd use them again.

their website is absolute poo, it wont let me order socks took 4 attempts to create and account and after all that when it comes to paying I can not complete the order because of 5080 form transaction registration failed. wasted my 30mins free time i get before the kids get up
