I ordered socks for urgent next day delivery and they arrived the day after the next day meaning I now won't be able to get them in time. Payed an extortionate amount for the speedy delivery and it was a complete waste of money.

I have bought a lot of socks and recently some shoes from Feetus. The service has been great. Products decently priced. Delivery swift. What more can you ask?

I placed an order on 20th March and paid extra for faster delivery, however the item still hasn't arrived two weeks later. I followed up with the company and it looks like the item has been lost in the mail. The company hasn't dealt with this issue and I've been waiting for a reply to my latest email for 6 days. Whilst I understand that issues with delivery can happen the level of customer service I have received in resolving the issue has fallen well below what I consider to be acceptable.

Edit: since my original review the company has followed up and rectified the issues. I have therefore revised my original rating. Whilst I still think they could have demonstrated better customer service by responding to my issue quicker, it did ultimately end up in a satisfactory outcome and I would try them again in the future.

My go-to shop for toe socks. Quick response, reasonably priced delivery, decent selection. I've tried others but keep coming back.

The socks are amazing and never fail to please. There is a wide selection of styles and colours- something for everyone. Ordering is easy and tracking is excellent. The socks ordered also even came a day early!

Bought a few different Injinji socks to use with my Luna sandals on Thursday evening and they arrived on Monday morning, so nice and quick delivery.

Good range of toe socks available that actually seems to fit me well (I've tried a few cheap "tabi" socks, but found they were all too small for my now wide feet and crushed my toe together).

I'd heard Feetus had a good reputation, but they far surpassed my already high expectations. Dealing with Lee was a pleasure. Professional, knowledgable, honest and quick responses to questions. Yeah the socks arrived on time, considering I already own some vibram five fingers, but made the mistake of getting my actual foot size, which after reading the five fingers should be at least one size down... so figured I'd get some socks to fill the gaps.

Socks are comfy, be it feel odd at first and very grippy.

Ordered Sunday night, delivered Tuesday. Little treat inside too. Super service, supported by both easy web-site, ordering and notification of dispatch too.

As for the Five Fingers V-Run, they're replacing my multiple mileage ran in, worn out soles Bilikas. V-Run is lighter in construction, enabling the feet to breathe. Sole pad pattern slightly different. Look good, feel comfortable, will subject them to a run as intended.

Purchased a pair of Vibram Fivefingers at a big discount and with free Injinji socks, so a great deal. I was kept well-informed of shipping and delivery, and very pleased with the product. They also offer a simple and friendly returns option, that fortunately I did not need to use. Will buy again!

I have bought two pairs of Vibrams from Feetus and have continued to be overwhelmed by their proficiency, product availability, quality and customers service.

I dont rave about much, but these guys are an exception. Me and my feet are eternally grateful!!
