Excellent - thoroughly recommend Felgains of Ipswich. They were able to respond very rapidly to an urgent request on the phone and took a great deal of trouble to send detailed photos of a reclining chair for a relative who was being discharged from a hospital. They then took further time on the phone to explain things fully so that I was confident I was purchasing the correct size with the optimum functions. Outstanding customer service. (Good delivery service too) Thank you so much!

I am very pleased with my bath seat. The sales lady explained how to use it very clearly. The attachment to operate it was rather stiff but we put a small amount of Vaseline on it and all is well

Easy to order from website and I was kept up to date on delivery. Would have preferred a demonstration on use but understand the problems with covid restrictions.
We have tried it out and it appears to be a suitable gadget for me but fortunately I have not had to test it after a real fall yet.

Staff are very helpful, and always remember the customers name. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They will demonstrate products but never put any pressure on you to purchase an item. A bright, clean and very welcoming environment that makes you feel very relaxed while shopping. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent. The only problem was delivery. The order was placed on 4th January but delivery was not until 19th of February although we were kept advised of the anticipated delivery date. The device itself lives up to all expectations.

My daughter has wheelchair provided by the Local Authority. It is good for her but presents me with some problems. I spoke to Lisa last week and arranged a visit for Friday. When we arrived there were several wheelchairs already selected as 'possibles'. The one she had thought would best solve my problems did just that! This young lady had actually listened as apposed to just taking a phone call. Thank you Lisa! ( It was not the most expensive option either).
Importantly, my daughter, her personal assistant and I felt very comfortable and safe during our visit.

I found the staff at Felgains most helpful, and their YouTube videos educational. The installation process was conducted efficiently and professionally.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

Andrew measured up quickly for a short notice stairlift requirement and materials were order and it was fitted within the week.

Its a very nice, quality product and the electrical swivel at the top step was by far the best decision. It also looks very compact and neat, fitted to one side of my straight flight staircase.

I contacted Felgains by email on Sunday to ask for a quote for a Raizer II chair after my father unfortunately had a fall late on Saturday night - we couldn't lift him and needed an ambulance, which took several hours to arrive - ironically my parents had a Felgains leaflet at home as they'd seen one being demonstrated a few weeks earlier. Very first thing Monday morning I had a response from Grant Woodcock with all the information I needed to make a decision - I went back to Felgains the next day to give them the go-ahead and the following day we had our Raizer II delivered! The service from Felgains was superb - practically immediate responses to questions, incredibly helpful staff who were very informative - exceptional service - very happy to give my full endorsement and recommendation!

I had considered buying a Felgains Raizer chair for a few years, and having had another fall recently, where my husband had to call for help, to help get me off the floor, made me decide to at last purchase a Felgains Raizer chair which I did last month. We have had a few practices runs, but are now confident that the next time I fall, the Raizer chair will be there.

Excellent, informative service. I was given a demonstration of an adjustable chair for the bath and it's now working well for my husband to use the bath again so a very satisfactory outcome.
