I have not unpacked the kit yet due to my wife's hospitalisation but it looks very fit for purpose. The day before her hospitalisation I had seen her recovered to an upright position by 2 specialist nurses using the electric version of the Raizer. This is why I have bought a manual Raizer to deal with the odd slip to be the floor my wife may have in the future.
The excellent team at Felgains gave me lots of help and advice on the telephone before I ordered without any pressure and I really must thank them for that. Once I placed the order the kit all arrived the very next day. When our son is at home next we will both be trying out the unit to make sure we can use it when required. Thank you Felgains.

The approach was at all times highly professional. Their staff arrived on time and my stairlift was fitted leaving no mess to clear up. The only delay was getting the equipment from the manufacturer which they cannot be blamed for. The stair lift was fitted the day after it arrived from the manufacturer.

Once assembled, I was standing up again in under a minute.

Felgains were excellent from the initial assessment to the actual installation of a ceiling hoist, installed for the carers to help move my disabled husband in and out of bed more easily and safely. Sam and Mark along with the electrician (whose name I didn't get) went out of their way to make it as easy and tidy a job as they possibly could, even hoovering around afterwards! I was really impressed.

I had ordered a chair which had been demonstrated and fitted to my needs, but felt I could not wait the 8 weeks for it. So I called and asked if I could have the demo chair from the showroom. It was still available, and was delivered the next day. The lovely sales girl came too, and helped explain the instructions, set it up, and moved my old armchair. I could not be more delighted.

We brought my sons alerta sensaflo mattress from this store. We booked a time to come into the store to try the mattresses which we thought would be suitable which really helped us make a decision. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful and there was no pressure to buy. The mattress was delivered and set up for us, I was very impressed. We will definitely be using felgains again

Form the initial enquiry about the Vendlet system I was kept upto date with informationm booking installation and training followed up with calls to ensure we were happy with the product

We were served by Lisa who was extremely helpful and patient. Lisa spent a lot of time with us as we went through the different options for both an armchair and bed for Mum, plus the smaller items that we needed. She also made sure Mum understood everything that we discussed.
The service was first class and we came away happy with everything that we had purchased. An excellent one stop shop for Mum's needs.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and gave expert advice. Mum was measured for, and tried out, a custom-made chair and enjoyed the experience. Staff took the time to determine which products were most suitable for Mum's needs. Delivery of in-stock items was prompt and hassle free. Really pleasant shopping experience. Would highly recommend.
