My dealings with all of the Felgains' personnel has been a pleasure and very professional.

The Raizer11 is a remarkable device and straightforward to use for getting you off of the floor if you've fallen and can't get yourself up. I am in that category with MS and 6 feet 5ins tall to boot.

I've had to use my Raizer11 twice now and both times successful and so much better than the alternative of waiting for an ambulance or getting my wife to really struggle to get me up.

We were given a very warm welcome and a great demonstration of the Raizer M lifting chair. We purchased one straight away. Excellent service.

I called in with my enquiry, within minutes I had all the advice I needed to enable me to make a purchase, and a great price to go with it. Wouldnt hesitate to use Felgains again.

We purchased the manual Raizer Chair as we couldn't justify the cost of the electric product. It's simple to assemble and straight forward to use. My wife and young daughter have already used the chair to pick up my 17 stone mother. Fedex managed to screw up the delivery but Felgains, never stepped away from the issue and did everything they could do to help. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team

Looking to purchase a wheelchair, the lady assistant was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient - would highly recommend and certainly would return for other products as and when required. Joy 23/05/22

My mum moved into care and needed a wheelchair to mobilise around the home and have some independence. She was totally reliant upon asking staff to move her from room to room in between their busy schedule. We had no idea how long it would take to get an NHS assessment done. Felgains were there, assessed and provided a suitable chair in a week. They were empathetic and prompt. I cannot fault them.
