Item exactly as described and fast delivery
I used the online timed auction and was successful in one, but failed in the other, as I was unable to increase my bid - I inadvertantly pressed "increase my bid" without putting an amount in. I got an error message telling me I needed an amount, but every time I entered the amount box, I just got a repeat of the error message. Otherwise it was a good experience. The item was exactly as described.

Slow service.
Having paid over 1K for a watch, 30% commission and £25 for postage I was expecting a speedy and efficient process.
The sale was on 30th Oct and I paid the invoice the minute it appeared in my in box. it is now 5th/ Nov and they have only just sent me a tracking number for the delivery. Other auction houses I deal with are much more on the ball. The 30th was a Thursday which left Friday to get the ball rolling. I presume nothing was done until Monday morning! Perhaps they should be offering employees an incentive to work on Saturdays following a big auction?
