As for postage, while Royal Mail will charge us £7.35 to post out this parcel, we also have to take into account the resources that an in-house shipping service costs the company, which include but are not limited to our eco-friendly packing materials, technology development for integrated shipping services, and the fact that we employ 2 full-time members of staff to pack and dispatch the goods.
We also offer collection from either office and you are able to arrange your own courier if you prefer. Either way, our team are more than happy to assist!

The bidding was straightforward but the postage charge of £25 for the small item, for local postage was excessive, especially given that the item wasn’t particularly well packed. The tax and charges added 70% to the original successful bid.

I found the bidding process straightforward and the communication with the auction house was very good. I arranged for premium delivery for the lovely item that I bought and it arrived the next day. I definately would use them again.
