Costly mistake.
I made a mistake when ordering and I used the on-line chat stating this mistake. Although I said it was my own fault, the person I spoke to just said more or less that it was my own fault. Yes, I knew this but I was expecting an understanding person that would be able offer some kind of help or ideas. Fencing is still in the garage as I am so disheartened by this person's response.

Ordered from them twice - Terrible service/quality
Ordered from them twice. First time I thought I'd been unlucky as the posts warped and then fence panels were badly put together. Foolishly gave them another chance and second time the panels were even worse quality. They also took almost a month to deliver this order. There are much better companies out there, don't use these guys just because they come up top in Google

Excellent experience end-to-end
Ordered hit&miss horizontal fence panels which look absolutely wonderful and some trellises to go on top. Delivery lead time was perfect (unlike other suppliers I looked into sourcing the panels from) and customer service was efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend the products and service!
