Deliver sooner than I thought, customer service very friendly, quality very good, all good

Delivered quickly and great material - look great just what we wanted

The ordering process was very easy. Delivery took place in about half the expected time. The website stated that "customers are notified of an exact delivery date by the delivering party, usually by telephone two to three days prior to the proposed delivery date". In fact an email notification was sent on the delivery day itself, which wasn't acceptable. Being away at the time I missed the delivery. Re-delivery was easily arranged but, once again, delivery was made without adequate advance notification, i.e. I received the notification only hours before the lorry arrived. Luckily on this occasion I was at home.
The delivery driver was very helpful and, with our assistance, actually carried our two Forest Tall Pent Wooden Garden Storage Tool Stores along a back alley and into our garden. This saved us a lot of effort, so thank you Chris.
Unfortunately each kit had the same part missing. So, if you purchase one of these, watch out for the fact that item 9 in the parts list (one of the battens upon which the store sits) should have a quantity of two, but only one is listed and supplied. Another of the battens (I forget which one) has two supplied and listed, but you only need one. So the manufacturer has got these the wrong way round. An email to Fencestore quickly initiated the supply of the missing timber, which I am now waiting for.
I was able to construct one of the two stores I ordered. Quality of the product looks good and it was straightforward to build. Despite the hiccups, I am pleased with the product overall.

I am so delighted with my new fence/trellis. It's a great addition to my garden. It's strong and sturdy and very well made. Would happily order again from them.

Received text at 16:37 that delivery was arriving next day. Obviously too short notice. Forest and their delivery company would not answer their phones (hanging up) and live chat with no one available.

This panel is of very good quality, and arrived clean and dry. It is well made and very robust. Needed no rubbing down etc. prior to painting. Im thrilled. Thanks.

My fence panel arrived promptly and is of good solid quality, so I'm glad I chose it over cheaper alternatives. The only downside for me was the delivery charge, which added a lot to the cost seeing as I only needed one panel. If you were buying several, then this would work out more economically.
