Amazing customer service, helped every step of the way with my first car.

I would absolutely use these guys again. I bought a lovely A7 Audi from them, it was exactly as described and the guys are amazing to deal with, definitely not the normal experience you get from a used car dealer!

I was happy with the experience I received at Fenlake Car Sales. I contacted them on the Thursday about a potential car purchase, and when I arrived on the Saturday to view, I was able to take it home.

HONEST - RELIABLE - AFFORDABLE - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED this is one big fat lie stay well away from this place I got my audi from here at first I give it 5 stars Jay was really nice everything was good until I was driving home there was a noise told Jay he sed he will pay for it then I had to split the bill 50/50 but also the car suspension arms are that bad it should of been an mot failure so how it got an mot I have no idea well it means the mot is a fake or they turnd a blind eye anyways I am still waiting for Jay to pay for the work to be done also I found out the 2 rear tyres are below the legal limit so have to get 2 new tyres I got the car in march and still waiting so now its time to reveal how bad this place is a bunch of lieing cheach f****** please please stay away I am now waiting for a phone call from the finance company who financed my car as they are aware of how I am being treated so wouldn't want to be in there shoes when they get a call of them as I got told the comes with 3 mounts warranty and the give me there word they will sort it i am also waiting for my colicitor to get back to me as the car should of been fully road worthy but its not as needs suspension arms and it should of had 2 new back tyres until all the work has been done and paid for I stand strongly in what I have sed here and this won't be getting tuck of/changed until they have everything sorted out with my car I have videos from the garage of how bad the suspension arms are and pics of the tyres but I carnt put them on as don't no how like I sed I really didn't want to put all this on but I want to let people know what they will get there self's into if they use this place the only good thing I have done is keep all the text and recorded all phone calls with them stating they will pay for it and get it sorted witch like I stated I am waiting for the finance company ringing and my colicitor

The people at fenlake are very good people, sold Me an amazing car, everything they wrote about the car was spot on, the car drives great, have had no issues with it, will definitely recommend these guys

Bought a kia sorento, good price, no hard sell, just let us get on with browsing till we wanted to ask questions.
We got straight, honest answers promised to fix a couple of minor issues and put a part ex deal together.
Two weeks in and the battery died. Couple of phone calls later and we got a replacement sorted out locally.

I just bought a car today. I appreciated that Jay is not one of those typical pushy salesmen. He patiently let me take my time both looking at the car and test driving it. His prices seem reasonable. He sorted road tax etc., and we were able to drive the car away the same day. Obviously, the real proof of good salesmanship is in the aftercare, if something goes wrong. His last words to me was to not hesitate to get in touch, if anything went wrong. Should it happen that I need to make use of aftercare/the 15 months warranty, I’ll write again with a second appraisal.
