Purchased a car for my missus from here, very reliable garage. Jay was extremely professional, both over the phone and in person- dealt with any issues I had with the vehicle, fixing them very promptly within their in-house workshop OCTANE. I will definitely use these guys again, they have a very large variety of cars and a very professional team.

Brought a car of this garage through Jay. Has a fraudulent MOT on it and £1800 pounds worth of repairs that need doing!!
Was also in a front end and was not told this but clearly seen from the drips of paint and overspray and also the slam panels!!!
Tried calling Jay several times to him keep coming up with excuse after excuse!
Have now reported to DVSA and also speaking with trading standards.
AVOID!!!!!

Bought a car and was told it had a three month warranty! Car went into limp mode so called and called and called the office- no response! Called the warranty company to be told the garage had never registered the car under warranty with them! Officially complained with the finance company….. still waiting! Three months I’ve had to pay for a car that is sat on my drive!

Absolutely disgusting people!

I rang Fenlake Car Sales as I saw its advert for a Jaguar XF that was an update to my own. Agreed a price in part exchange, then went from home in Chesterfield to pick it up.
Straight away when starting a notice appeared stating the reversing camera had failed, but the fella told me to get it repaired and they would pay. Being a Jaguar the local 'cheaper' garage would not fix it so went to the Jaguar people Hatfield's in Sheffield and had it done.
But then the bad news. It had no had a service as was stated but was 2,200 miles overdue and needed a cam belt replacement. So the service and replacement cost me over £900 plus over £300 for the reversing camera repair.
But there is more. the advert stated 12 months MOT, but as the document was 'hidden' behind the DVL document so I did not see it until I was home - it expired in seven days! And though it passed it needed four new tyres as they were 'near the legal limit'.
Still more. It was advertised with adaptive cruise control and tyre monitoring system. I had neither.
However, I decided if I was paid for the repairs I would be satisfied, as the car is the portfolio version and otherwise in decent condition with its luxury.
But of course, no payment or contact from Fenlake whatsoever, so have informed them I shall take them to court, as I had someone with me at the time to verify everything, and when the time of notification is up, I shall do.
But as others clearly state. Beware, or you too could be conned.

Traveled 90miles to view a Range Rover Overfinch and put deposit down only to find out a couple of days later that is wasn’t a genuine Overfinch, after contacting the dealer explaining it had been falsely advertised and I either want to pay the going rate for a non-genuine makeover or a refund of my deposit. After he was unwilling to do either I am now having to take the company to court to get my money back! I would avoid purchasing from this dealer as he has re-advertised the same car (still as a genuine Overfinch might I add) even after me forwarding emails from Overfinch stating the car was non-genuine. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!
