I have been using fenland forager since 2017 and have never had any complaints! I have had packages go missing during various times in the post but always had a replacement sent as soon as this is discovered! Brilliant customer services especially when the owners have full time jobs/health issues and further factors which make a company generally slip, fenland forager however has never let me down! I am disabled and have a new lease of life since taking their products and my assistance dog and puppy both love their natural range! The expertise and advice is second to non even when the vets can't help and are puzzled. My chickens are also benefiting!
I have been helped many times and recommended them more than I can recall.

Have been fortunate enough to have used their products with my mastiff Molly as well as a few things for me too. Great products! From UK to Spain ‘complicated’ shipping although everything has always arrived well. Obviously once in couriers hands they are not in control of the package!

Darren is a genius when it comes to giving your dog natural food and natural remedies. His advice is amazing, he even does natural stuff for humans. He is a very busy man and is not a multi million pound corporation, so don't expect your delivery the next day. But when it arrives you will be glad.

Darren as a wealth of knowledge, his products are very effective and are reasonably priced

Never had any problems with Darren or the team always there to give their expert advice. Products are 5⭐️. The only problem was occasionally and not his fault was delivery and some lost or delayed parcels. Darren always resent them and chased orders up. Thank you for all your help and advice

Really sad to leave this review as I've used these in the past without issues.
Recently placed an order online was emailed to say item despatched although no tracking number provided. After waiting, i contacted for an update, recievied email saying they would look into it. Nothing further, no updates and no item. I've since sent a further 2 emails and not received a response or product. Sadly, I will never use them again nor recommend.

This man was an intimidating aggressive bully when I asked where my stuff was after 6 weeks.

This is a copy/paste of an email I sent to this business
“I refer to my order which apparently was shipped on Sunday. The cost of shipping was high, and apparently tracked but I have had no further communication and neither have I received my order. Would you please advise by return.
Regards”

This was their reply:
“ the cost of shipping firstly was less than the actual cost of shipping and it was booked sunday just incase the jerky as its already two weeks late but such is life arrived and then it would have gone Monday, the cost of the dog food is almost half of anyone else selling it so theres a big saving there.
At checkout you couldnt pay / checkout until you agreed to the terms and conditions of which there are very few I have attached them and we were out of jerky which is 2 weeks late in being delivered and still hasnt been delivered but thats life these things happen , however so you didnt have to keep waiting we substituted for dried beef tripe which costs a lot more,. And can I say for a first contact you are very abrupt, I don't know if anyone has ever told you before but it gets you much further and people more willing to help if you are nice ;-)

Any way, I got my dog food and treat order. Two items were not in stock, so without referring back to me two items were substituted without reference to me. What if the dogs had allergies or didn’t like the alternative?

Further very strange mails were sent to me, none of which answered my question about delivery.
At the weekend I was at a British Flyball Association competition. I shared the emails there and everyone was amused and bemused.
This business has taken Customer Service to a new low.

***THE BUSINESS HAS NOW COMMENTED THAT I HAVE ADULTERATED THE EMAILS. I HAVE NOT, OTHER THAN LEAVING OUT THE HEADER AND FOOTER WHICH I CANNOT COPY. I AM HAPPY TO FORWARD THE MAILS TO ANYONE INTERESTED OR SUPPLY A SCREEN SHOT OF THE COMPLETE MESSAGE

Ordered 10 days ago and still waiting for ointment to arrive. Tracking say a couple more days to go. For nearly £5 for postage, I'd expect 48hr delivery. Even inside a week I'd be happy, but nearly 2 weeks?!? Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering this, as it was needed quickly to put on our dogs sore leg.

Always great service and 5 working days delivery is great and the products always work wonders.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times the items arrived fairly promptly. I ordered 2 bottles of golden oil at the beginning of December. As I explained to Darren my husband was seriously ill during the whole of January, so I didn’t notice the oil hadn’t arrived. I contacted Darren 8 days ago advising him that I had not received the oil, and could not find an email with a tracking number on it. I have had no reply. A complete waste of money.

Just about to order again never had any problems with delivery and if something is not available I get a substitute and they put in a little something extra love the move well, dermo shampoo,and the tip top ointment great for my dogs

Have ordered a few things from Darren Gallagher (Fenland Forager) and also selling under a Herbal Pet Product page on Facebook (which doesn’t let you leave reviews) and items are okay and I like to support local businesses. Fast forward to my recent order that took 5 weeks to arrive and when I queried my delivery was given a torrent of abuse. I do not believe the original item was posted out, but once I opened a PayPal dispute surprise surprise a package came within a matter of days! One had leaked and I had already told Darren I have had to purchase them elsewhere due to the delay and no longer need them. My dispute remains open until I can return them for a refund. Don’t bother with this company! I do not believe the issue re deliveries being to blame by COVID19 and courier services. Everything else is coming through these services just fine and this company has had many delivery queries for years! I’m done with them.

Please note, I can fully substantiate and evidence the order and all communications with Darren and his team. Not sure why he feels I have violated the trust pilot terms as I’ve just rechecked them and clearly have not! Shame we can’t upload images on here to.
