Dont use this company.!!!He is one rude guy.Parcels dont arrive then he blames it on pandemic shame on him.then sends a snotty email and implies if both parcels turn up I would keep them after I ask for refund.He gives you all the rubbish on the phone that his emails not working,out of office royal mail's fault so using Hermes etcetc.if items where sent it's not hard to supply tracking number .our postal service and hermes have always provided a quality service .

What an absolute joke this guy is
What an absolute joke this guy is, he is the rudest man to deal with, orders take weeks to arrive and quite often don't turn up at all then items missing, when you get in touch to ask about it he sends you rude and insulting messages, totally not worth the hassle, avoid
In reply to the response I did NOT receive a refund or the goods that were missing that is a total lie and I have proof it was you who was rude and offensive I chased and chased to find out where my order was and all I eventually got was abuse, rude nasty liar of a man avoid at all costs

took weeks to let me know that parcel hadn't arrived , was very rude to me and told me what I was going to do didn't like it when I spoke to her in the manner she spoke to me, has failed to say that not only did she recieved a refund but also recieved the goods
