They treat you like a human being and listen.. I’ve been with them a long time and never really had an issue.
I rarely write reviews but have made an exception this time as I believe the staff at Fensa deserve praise..

I chased up my fensa certificate but found it it had been sent to the wrong address. They quickly resent but said it'll take 10 days, so asked if l could have it emailed to me and they did that, as l needed it quicker. I was ever so grateful for their help.

I engaged a glazier who did not understand warranties but waved his FENSA certificate at me. I told him this was not a warranty and covered customers only in case of his insolvency. I reported this to FENSA and asked why they approve traders who have no idea what FENSA does. I received no response after three letters. Seems that FENSA and ignorant traders are well matched.

Enquired re a copy certificate. Swiftly dealt with by a very pleasant gentleman who was both polite and clear in his advice. We had passed the period of a free replacement and were directed to the website where we would be able to purchase. Gave me time to write down the website address and explained what information to provide.

Having received an unsolicited email apparently from RISA, who conduct inspections for FENSA, requesting access to my property at short (a couple of days) notice, I wanted to confirm it was genuine. I found no link to RISA's website from FENSA's. When I emailed enquiries the automated reply said I would receive a response within three working days which would have been too late. I only got voicemail when I rang but despite leaving no message someone called me back confirming verbally and by email the RISA contact was genuine.
