This is an update on my previous review regarding the handling of my complaint and the return of monies taken without good reason from my account.
I have had Adrian from Fensa technical dealing with this issue for the last couple of weeks and he has now after taking it on board resolved the issue to my satisfaction and also apologised for all of Fensa’s mishandling of this. He states that he will be using this as a learning curve so other members do not encounter the same problem.
I do thank Adrian for all his commitment in resolving this and hope to encounter better service and communication with Fensa in the future.
